한 때 헌법에 따라 국민들에게 정보를 제공하는 것을 의미했던 언론사의 뉴스들이 이제는 바이든 행정부 하에서 미국이 정상으로 회복 중이라는 얘기를 마치 최면을 걸듯이 반복하고 있습니다.
하지만 대부분의 평범한 관찰자가 보기에는 보이지 않는 세력이 미국 및 전세계에서 모든 차원에 걸쳐 유례없는 전체주의적 통치를 하고 있음이 분명합니다.
미국 헌법 제1조의 권위는 대통령들과 하버드대 교수들의 의견, 정보 및 군사 전문가들의 통찰, 억만장자들의 발언에 앞서서 가장 우선합니다.
“연방의회는 언론, 출판의 자유나 국민들이 평화로이 집회할 수 있는 권리 및 불만 사항의 구제를 위하여 정부에게 청원할 권리를 제한하는 법률을 제정할 수 없다.”
그러나 연방의회는 언론의 자유를 제한하고 출판의 자유를 억압하며 평화로운 집회를 금지하는 한편 정부에 청원할 권리를 종식시키는 법들과 다수의 비밀 규정들을 통과시켰습니다. 연방 행정부와 사법부는 범죄적 행정 구조의 제정 및 유지를 위해 공모했습니다.
더 중요한 것은 가까운 장래에 부유층과 권력층이 자기가 조종하는 연방정부를 통해서 더욱 억압적인 범죄적 행정 구조의 제정을 계획하고 있는 것입니다.
아니요! 우리는 더 이상 기다릴 수 없습니다. 우리는 위선적인 정치인들이 허용하는 주말에 가벼운 시위를 조직하거나 커피를 마시면서 불평만 할 수 없습니다.
아니요! 우리는 헌법이 회복되고 부유층과 권력층을 정치 결정과정에서 제어할 때까지 헌법에 의거해 적법한 임시 정부를 수립한 다음 그 임시 정부에게 당분간 미국을 관리할 권한을 위탁 해야 합니다.
연방 정부의 붕괴로 인해 그러한 심각한 혼란에 빠졌기 때문에 우리에게는 정부를 참칭하는 사람들의 법적 권위에 대한 의문을 제기하고 헌법적, 도덕적 대안을 준비하는 것 외에는 선택권이 없습니다.
건국의 아버지들은 그런 위기 상황에서 우리의 대응방법을 독립선언서에서 명확하게 설명하고 있습니다.
그 독립선언서는 헌법의 토대이며 헌법은 미국의 모든 합법적 통치를 지지하는 법적인 골격을 형성합니다.
정부가 헌법 밖에서 운영된다면 더 이상 정부가 아니라 정부로 가장한 범죄 조직입니다. 오늘부터 우리의 향후 모든 단계에서 이 중요한 차이를 널리 알려야 합니다.
헌법 밖에서 운영된 정부에 대하여 독립선언서는 다음과 같이 명시하고 있습니다.
“그러나 오랫동안에 걸친 학대와 착취가 변함없이 동일한 목적을 추구하고 국민을 절대 전제 정치 밑에 예속시키려는 계획을 분명히 했을 때에는 이와 같은 정부를 타도하고 미래의 안전을 위해서 새로운 보호자를 마련하는 것은 국민의 권리이며 또한 국민의 의무인 것이다.”
우리는 현재 정치의 혼란을 부정하지 않습니다. 이러한 냉소적인 정치 게임을 하지 않을 것입니다. 우리는 권위 있는 기관에 대한 국민의 신뢰를 악용해 국민을 속이고 그들을 노예화 하지 않습니다. 우리는 국민을 정신적, 육체적으로 파괴하지 않을 것입니다.
바이든과 트럼프는 퇴폐적이고 나르시시즘적인 정치 문화 속에서 붕괴되어 가는 통치 체제에 사로 잡혀 있습니다. 그들이 그렇게 행동하는 이유는 대부분 그들이 더 큰 힘에 의해 그렇게 하도록 강요 받고 있다고 느끼기 때문입니다.
우리는 그들을 비난할 의도가 없습니다. 우리는 그들의 시도를 존중하고 그들이 겪은 어려움을 인정합니다.

2020년 1월부터 9월 사이에 다국적 투자은행 및 기타 글로벌 금융조직들이 10조에서 15조 달러에 이르는 금액을 연방정부로부터 절취.
COVID19로 알려진 거짓 ‘전염병’을 통해 국민의 자유를 파괴하고 범죄적 차단 및 격리조치를 실행하며 연방정부로부터 훔친 권한을 이용해 다국적 기업들이 만든 위험한 ‘백신’을 홍보하고 강제 접종을 시키는 계획.
그러한 대규모 범죄에 대한 침묵은 그들이 공모자이며 두 사람 모두 대통령으로 봉사하기에는 실격임을 입증합니다.
저는 대선에서 위에서 언급한 모든 범죄 음모를 다루고 부유층과 권력층의 자금을 거부했으며 평범한 미국인들과 함께 공동선과 진실 의 추구 및 도덕을 위해 노력했던 유일한 후보자로서 법치가 회복되고 헌법에 따라 국가를 다스릴 수 있을 때까지 제가 미국 임시 정부의 대통령으로 봉사할 최적임자라고 생각합니다.

जब मैं छोटा था तब मेरी माँ मेरे लिए करी और पापड़ बनाया करती थी। वे मेरे पसंदीदा व्यंजन थे और अभी तक है। माँ अपने बिस्तर के किनारे शिव, कृष्ण और गणेश की छोटी शोभायमान मूर्ति रखा करती थी जो मुझे बचपन में बोहोत मोहित करते थे। वो मुझे अपने जंगल में देखे हुए बाघ, कलकत्ता के भीड़ भार वाले बाजार में घूमने के किस्से सुनाया करती थी। वे किस्से मेरे मन में प्राचीन मंदिर के तीव्र धुप की तरह घूमते रहते थे।
मेरी माँ का जन्म लक्ज़मबर्ग में हुआ था, लेकिन उन्होंने बहुत कम उम्र में एक अंग्रेज से शादी कर ली और उनके साथ दार्जिलिंग चली गईं। वो शादी बहुत लंबे समय तक नहीं रहा, लेकिन मेरी माँ कलकत्ता में रहने लगी और एक योगी के साथ अध्ययन किया और आध्यात्मिक गहराई की तलाश में सड़कों पर भटक रही थीं जो उन्हें यूरोप में नहीं मिला।
यह भारत के वे अनमोल टुकड़े थे जिसने मेरे ज़िन्दगी में आ कर मुझे मानव अनुभूति पर अन्य परिप्रेक्ष्य के लिए बीथोवेन और कांट से परे देखने के लिए प्रेरित किया। विश्वविद्यालय में मेरी चीनी संस्कृति में रुकी बढ़ी और मैंने जापान और कोरिया को शामिल करने के लिए स्नातक विद्यालय में उस अनुसंधान को बढ़ाया। फिर भी, मैंने जहा भी उस संस्कृति को देखा मुझे प्राचीन भारतीय शास्त्र के चमकते हुए गहने ही दिखे। चीन जापान और कोरिया में मुझे बहुत कम खिड़कियां मिलीं जो मेरे बचपन के अनुभवों से मिली प्रकाश के माध्यम से निकलती थीं। भारत मेरे लिए और भी महत्वपुर्ण हो गया जब मैं इलिनोइस विश्वविद्यालय में “एशियाई लिटरेचर” का प्राध्यापक बना। चाहे वो गाँधी के प्रेरणादायक शब्द हो, जिसे मैंने कई बार पढ़ा और खुद से पूछा की इतनी अस्थिरता और अत्याचार के युग में इतने बुद्धिमान वक़्ती की क्या भूमिका होगी, या कालिदास द्वारा रचित शकुंतला की लुभावनी बोली जिसे मैंने सर्वेक्षण पाठ्यक्रम पढ़ाते वक़्त अनजाने में ढूंढ निकाला था। शकुंतला ने एक शक्तिशाली कर्म चक्र का उल्लेख किया है जो मानव अनुभव के हर पेहलु को जोरता है और मेरी अपनी वास्तविकता की धारणा को बदल देता है।
बाद में, जब हमने सीओल और वाशिंगटन डी.सी. में एशिया इंस्टिट्यूट शुरू किया, भारतीय बौद्धिक लखविंदर सिंह ने विश्व शान्ति के हमारी लड़ाई में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। दूसरे विचारशील भारतीयों के साथ हमने भारत और दुनिया में उसके विकट भूमिका पर कई सेमिनार आयोजित किये। हमने हाल ही में भारत और कोरिया के किसानो के साथ अपने सभ्यता के भविष्य के बारे में बातचीत की।
तो, मेरे प्रशासन में यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स और भारत के क्या संबंध रहेंगे?
मैं आपको ये बताता हूँ की यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स और भारत के संबंध क्या नहीं होंगे।
यह भारतीय कर्मचारियो को बहुत ही कम तनख्वाह में बिना किसी पेंशन या स्वास्थ्य सेवा के वैश्विक रकम का उपयोग करके मुनाफे के लिए काम करने पर मजबूर नहीं करेगी, जिससे बैंको और व्यापारसंध के सी.इ.ओ को भारत और यू.एस. में अत्यधिक लाभ हो।
ये अरबपतियों के लिए नहीं होगा जो बिना कुछ किये पैसे कमाते है और उन पैसो का उपयोग भारतीयों के पवित्र भूमि को खरीदने क लिए करते है जिसमे उन्होंने हज़ारो वर्षो तक खेती की है और उन्हें मजबूर कर दिया है की वे प्राधिकरण द्वारा निर्धारित आये पर, और आयातित कीटनाशक, खाद और यंत्रीकृत उपकरण जो की मनुष्य की ज़िन्दगी बर्बाद कर रहे है और हमरे मिट्टी और पानी को दूषित करते है, उनपे आश्रित रहे।
यह अत्यधिक कीमत वाले हथियारो के लिए नहीं होगा जो हमारे देश को उसके वास्तविक शत्रुओ से रक्षा करने के जगह, अमीर को और अमीर बनाते है और उन्हें हमारे ऊपर और भी अधिक शक्ति देते है।
यह “फ्री ट्रेड” या “मुफ्त व्यापार” के लिए नहीं होगा जो की कीमती वस्तुओ के निर्यात को कहा जाता है, जिसे अपने घर में रहना चाहिए, एक बहुत ही कुकर्म जो वैश्विक निर्भरताएँ को बढ़ावा देता है और हमारे देशीय आत्मनिर्भरता को नष्ट करता है।
दीर्घावधि में भारतीय लोगो और अमेरिकन लोगो, भारतीय नदी, पर्वत, भारतीय मिट्टी की हित को महत्त्व मिलना चाहिए। यदि कोई सौदा शक्तिशाली और अमीरो को और धनी बनाये किन्तु भारत को दीर्घावधि में नुकसान पहुँचाए को उसे अभी रोक देना चाहिए।
निजी तौर पर, मुझे नहीं लगता कि यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स के पास भारत को सीखने के लिए ज़्यादा है। हमारे बिदेशी युद्धों ने हमे नैतिक और आर्थिक रूप से ऋणशोधनाक्षम कर दिया है। हमने टैकनोलजी का दुरूपयोग किया जिससे हमारी ध्यान केंद्रित करने कि योग्यता और सोचने कि क्षमता नष्ट हो गयी। हमने सर्कार का निजीकरण कर दिया और वैश्विक रक़म के जानवर को अपनी राजधानी में घोसला बनाने की इजाज़त दे दी और अपने नेताओ को इसकी कटपुतली बनने दिया। हमारे देज़्श में बस दो दल बचे है: वेश्या और दलाल।
मुझे लगता है हम भारत से अनंत ज्ञान प्राप्त कर सकते है। हम प्राचीन भारत से स्थिरता, नम्रता, किफ़ायत, विनम्रता, और प्रकृति और परिवार क लिए प्यार सिख सकते है।
जहा हम अमेरिकन खुद को एक बुरे स्वप्न “खपत और निष्कर्षण के डिज्नीलैंड” से मुक्त करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे है, वही भारतीय विचार जैसे आत्मा “स्वयं”, कर्म “काम” और मोक्ष “मुक्ति” नैतिक मूल्य पर एक नयी विचारधारा जता रही है।
वर्त्तमान में ये हास्यास्पद लगता है की मेरे जैसा कोई जो इतिहास, दर्शनशास्र, साहित्य में इतनी रूचि रखता हो, वो सरकार में क्या ही भूमिका निभा पायेगा। किन्तु हमें ये पता है कि भारत में ये विषय, सरकार के लिए बहुत हि मुख्य माना जाता है। जैसे जैसे वर्त्तमान व्यवस्था का विनाश हो रहा है और हम अँधेरे में हर तरफ किसी समझदर व्यवस्था कि खोज में टटोल रहे है, मैं आशा करता हूँ कि आज के भारतीय और आज से ३००० वर्ष पूर्ब के भारतीय, इंसानियत, ब्रह्मांड के साथ मानवता का संबंध और ब्रम्हांड कि अपनी गहरी समझ को साझा करेंगे। हमे जो चाहिए वह यह संवाद है , नाकि कोई “फ्री-ट्रेड” संधि। अमेरिका रेगिस्तान में एक अथमरे इंसान कि तरह हो गया है जिसे मुट्ठी भर रेत की नहीं बल्कि एक कप पानी कि ज़रूरत है।

वर्तमान चुनाव प्रणाली इस हद तक भ्रष्ट है कि वह अर्थहीन हो चुकी है। योग्य उम्मीदवार को मतदान की अनुमति ही नहीं है, और उसके विचार एवम् गतिविधियों को ऐसे मीडिया द्वारा अनदेखा किया जाता है जो आवश्यक जानकारी नागरिकों तक किसी कारणवश पहुँचाता ही नहीं है। वोटों की गणना कंप्यूटर से होती है जिन्हें हैक किया जा सकता है और जिनमें लोगों के विशुद्ध चुनाव का कोई प्रमाण तक नहीं बचता। जिन क्षेत्रों में दरिद्र लोग रहते हैं, वहाँ इतनी कम वोटिंग मशीनें हैं कि वृद्ध माता-पिता को घंटों लाइन में प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ती है, शाम ढलने के साथ ठिठुरते हुए।
पिछला चुनाव हास्यास्पद था और डेमोक्रेटिक व रिपब्लिकन पार्टियाँ दोनों ही स्टेचू ऑफ़ लिबर्टी के शव पर मानो गिद्ध नज़र गड़ाए हुए थीं, बस दोनों के इरादे थोड़े अलग थे।
हम राष्ट्रपति, या किसी अन्य ऑफिस के लिए किये गए किसी भी चुनाव को तब तक वैध नहीं मानते जब तक कि वह राष्ट्र चुनाव को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर निरीक्षित नहीं करवाता जिसमें प्रत्येक नागरिक को यह आश्वासन मिल सके कि उसका मताधिकार आसानी से सत्यापित किया जा सकता है, और जिसमें प्रत्येक योग्य उम्मीदवार उसकी नीतियों को सीधे लोगों के सामने रख सके। सम्पूर्ण चुनाव हर स्तर पर पारदर्शी होना चाहिए और वाणिज्यिक विज्ञापन पर प्रतिबन्ध होना चाहिए।
पिछली बार का चुनाव वैध था, लेकिन इस सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया को रद्द करना हमारा नैतिक दायित्व है। मुझे इसकी चिंता नहीं है कि राष्ट्रपति की इस दौड़ में कोई अमीर व्यक्ति मुझे फंड नहीं देंगे, कोई राजनैतिक पार्टियाँ मेरा सहयोग नहीं करेंगी, अगला चुनाव इतना छलपूर्ण होगा कि किसी भी स्थिति में हम परिणामों को स्वीकार तक नहीं कर पाएँगे, या विजेता का दावा करने वालों को पहचान तक नहीं पाएँगे।
और फिर, जो लोग “निर्वाचित” हैं वे जल्दी ही यह सिद्ध कर देंगे कि वे कैसे भी “हम लोग (we the people)” शब्दों पर खरे नहीं उतर रहे। हम लोगों को प्रतीक्षा करनी पड़ेगी जब तक कि न्यायसंगत चुनाव नहीं होता, ऐसा चुनाव जिसमें योग्य उम्मीदवारों को भाग लेने दिया जायेगा।
मौसम में बदलाव का शमन करने और अनुकूलन करने के लिए शत-वर्षीय योजना के प्रति जो पूर्ण प्रतिबद्धता है, उसे संयुक्त राज्य के लिए हर सुरक्षा, आर्थिक और शैक्षणिक नीति का केंद्र रखा जाना चाहिए। हमें इस योजना हेतु सभी संसाधन उपलब्ध करवाने चाहिए, किसी युद्ध अर्थव्यवस्था के बराबर ही स्वयं को प्रतिबद्ध करना चाहिए, ताकि दो से तीन वर्षों में पेट्रोलियम और कोयले का उपयोग घटाकर शून्य पर लाया जा सके और प्लास्टिक व पेट्रोलियम-आधारित उत्पादों एवम् अन्य सामग्रियों के उपयोग को समाप्त किया जा सके।
सरकार भविष्य के लिए दिशा-निर्देश जारी करेगी जिसमें जीवाश्म ईंधनों (फॉसिल फ्यूल) के उपयोग को शीघ्रता से कम करने, निजी ऑटोमोबाइल के उपयोग को समाप्त करने और हवाईजहाज के उपयोग पर प्रतिबन्ध लगाने की माँग करेगी। हम आस-पास सभी जगह सौर ऊर्जा और पवन ऊर्जा जनरेटर स्थापित करने के लिए आर्थिक सहायता देंगे। इस उद्देश्य के लिए सरकार इन तकनीकों के सभी बौद्धिक सम्पदा अधिकारों को पब्लिक डोमेन में रखेगी। इंसुलेशन और सौर व पवन ऊर्जा के लिए सभी इमारतों का तुरन्त उन्नयन (अपग्रेड) किया जायेगा, ताकि कार्बन उत्सर्जन लगभग शून्य पर लाया जा सके। सरकार लम्बी-अवधि लागत की गणना करके 50-वर्षीय लोन के माध्यम से ऐसा करेगी, जिससे नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा (रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी) तुरन्त जीवाश्म ईंधन से सस्ती हो जाएगी।
हम कोयले, पेट्रोलियम और यूरेनियम की सभी सब्सिडी बंद कर देंगे। इन ईंधनों को नियंत्रित पदार्थों की श्रेणी में रख दिया जायेगा जिन्हें लाभ के लिए बेचा या खरीदा नहीं जा सकता।
पूरे राष्ट्र की तुलना में सेना 100% नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा में ज्यादा जल्दी बदल जाएगी और यह इकोसिस्टम का सबसे सशक्त रक्षक बन जाएगी, ऑइल युद्ध, या बेकार जिओइंजीनियरिंग नहीं।
प्रदूषण फैला रहे लड़ाकू विमानों और पुराने हवाईजहाज वाहकों (एयरक्राफ्ट कैरियर्स) को तुरन्त बंद कर दिया जाएगा, बिना इसकी चिन्ता किए कि वे निगमों को काफी लाभ पहुँचा रहे थे। रिन्यूएबल ऊर्जा परियोजनाओं में संक्रमण रोजगार के तहत जिन्होंने अपनी नौकरी गँवा दी है, हम उन्हें आश्वासन देते हैं। यहाँ तक कि, हम उन सभी को आश्वस्त करना चाहते हैं जो नौकरी की तलाश में हैं।
पेट्रोलियम, कोयला और प्राकृतिक गैस जैसे जहरीले पदार्थ नागरिकों के बीच फैलाकर तेल और गैस निगम खरबों डॉलर कमा चुके हैं और उन्हें इस बात की पूरी जानकारी रही है कि इससे पर्यावरण दूषित हो रहा है। ऐसे कृत्य अपराधिक हैं। ऐसे निगमों और उनके मालिकों की सम्पत्ति को सरकार द्वारा जब्त कर लिया जाएगा और उस पूँजी को हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करने में लगाया जाएगा। ऊर्जा, खाद्य पदार्थों और प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का दुरुपयोग घृणास्पद माना जाएगा जो कि वास्तव में है और इसे बेहतर जीवन के नाम पर कभी भी प्रोत्साहन नहीं दिया जाएगा।
सरकार ही वास्तविक टिकाऊ नगरीय और उपनगरीय समुदायों के बनाने के कार्य का संचालन करेगी और जैव विविधता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए वन्य प्रदेशों की पुनर्स्थापना का बेड़ा उठाएगी। इसका अर्थ है कि मॉल, पार्किंग की जगहों, कारखानों और फ्रीवे को हटा दिया जाएगा जिन्होंने हमारे पावन वन्य प्रदेशों और कीमती आर्द्रभूमि को अशुद्ध कर दिया है।

हम स्वयं से प्रतिज्ञा करेंगे कि इन खतरनाक हथियारों को पृथ्वी से समाप्त कर देंगे, यह प्रक्रिया चाहे कितनी भी दर्दनाक क्यों ना हो। हमारे बच्चों की भलाई के लिए, हम जबरदस्ती जब्त करके सभी परमाणु हथियारों को विनष्ट कर देंगे, संयुक्त राज्य से शुरुआत करके विश्व के सभी देशों से। हम घर से और विदेशों से, सरकार के अन्दर और बाहर नागरिकों के प्रतिबद्ध समूहों को साथ लेकर कार्य करेंगे, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि परमाणु हथियारों का उत्पादन बंद हो चुका है।
हम मौसम में बदलाव और परमाणु युद्ध के जोखिम से बचने में तब तक सफल नहीं हो सकते जब तक कि हम इस नकारात्मक संस्कृति को बदल नहीं देते जिसने हमें पिछले बीस वर्षों से जकड़ा हुआ है। 2000 के चुनावों के बाद हमें एक छोटे से समूह द्वारा निर्भय जाँच करवानी होगी जिसमें वह तथाकथित “9/11” घटना भी शामिल है।
जब हम अंतर्राष्ट्रीय “सत्य और सुलह” की स्थापना करें तो इसकी जाँच करने और हमारे नागरिकों व समग्र विश्व के सामने यह सत्य कथा लाने के लिए हमें वैज्ञानिक तरीकों की ताकत का भी उपयोग करना चाहिए। यह जाँच कितनी दूर तक जाए, इसकी कोई सीमा रेखा नहीं रखनी चाहिए। मामले की गम्भीरता को देखते हुए सारी सम्बन्धित सामग्री अवर्गीकृत होनी चाहिए। हमें उन प्रचलित कहानियों से संतुष्ट नहीं होना चाहिए जो एक-दूसरे समूह को दोष देती हैं। ओरिएंट एक्सप्रेस पर हत्या एक ऐसा अपराधिक मामला था जिसे सुलझाया जा सकता था।
द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के बाद जिन सैन्य दलों को संयुक्त राज्य ने विश्व भर में तैनात किया था उनमें से अधिकांश को वापस बुला लेना चाहिए, धनाढ्य लोगों का स्वार्थ पूरा करने के लिए स्वार्थपूर्ण उद्यमों में उन सैन्य दलों का शोषण किया जाता है। हमें वास्तविक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा हेतु लड़ने और मरने के लिए तैयार रहना चाहिए, लेकिन विशुद्ध रूप से सिर्फ इसी कार्य के लिए जैसा कि संयुक्त राष्ट्र के चार्टर में वर्णित है। हमारे पैरों तले की जमीन की लालची ताकतों से रक्षा करने के लिए होने वाले युद्ध में हमारी जान को जोखिम में डालना बेहतर रहेगा, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि हमारे महासागरों का शुद्ध जल विषाक्त ना हो जाए, और वनों को सदा के लिए सुरक्षित किया जा सके, बजाय इसके कि बहुराष्ट्रीय निगमों के हित में संसाधनों से सम्बन्धित व्यर्थ के युद्ध लड़े जाएँ।
हमारे नाजुक ग्रह के भविष्य के विषय में योजना बनाने और फिर उन्हें लागू करने के लिए संयुक्त राष्ट्र प्राथमिक स्थान होना चाहिए। वरना हमें वैश्विक दृष्टि को ध्यान में रखते हुए स्थानीय स्तर पर कार्य करना होगा। यह प्रक्रिया केवल तभी सफल हो सकती है जब संयुक्त राज्य और संयुक्त राष्ट्र का सम्पूर्ण सुधार हो जिससे वे पृथ्वी के समस्त नागरिकों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए सशक्त हो जाएँ जिसमें निगमों या धनाढ्य व्यक्तियों का कोई हस्तक्षेप ना हो।

निगम जन-समुदाय नहीं हैं और नीति बनाने में उनकी कोई भूमिका नहीं होनी चाहिए। ये ही बात अति-धनाढ्य लोगों, और उन निवेश बैंकों के लिए भी लागू होती है जिनके माध्यम से वे अपनी इच्छाएँ पूरी करते हैं। नीति निर्माण करने वालों को आवश्यक जानकारी आजीवन नागरिक कर्मचारियों, प्राध्यापकों और ऐसे अन्य निष्णांतों से मिलनी चाहिए जो बिना किसी लाभ के हमारे देश की वर्तमान स्थिति में उत्थान के लिए कार्यरत हैं।
धनाढ्य लोग सिर्फ इंसान हैं; उनके पास किसी अन्य से ज्यादा कोई अधिकार नहीं हैं। नीति निर्धारण में उन्हें कोई विशेष भूमिका नहीं दी जानी चाहिए। जो नीति को प्रभावित करने के लिए प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से पैसे का उपयोग करते हैं, वे भ्रष्टाचार और रिश्वतखोरी में संलग्न हैं। हमें “सलाह” और “पक्ष जुटाव” जैसे स्वच्छ शब्दों का उपयोग करके इन अपराधों पर पर्दा नहीं डालना चाहिए।
हमें नागरिक सेवाओं को सशक्त बनाना चाहिए ताकि सरकार पुनः निगमों से अपनी स्वतंत्रता हासिल कर सके और लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए कठोर नियामक प्रणाली बना सके। हम पहले भी ऐसा कर चुके हैं और आगे भी कर सकते हैं। उस प्रक्रिया में, बैंक या संचार व ऊर्जा कंपनियों जैसे कई निगम राष्ट्रीयकृत कर दिए जाएँगे, और उनका संचालन ऐसे नागरिक कर्मचारियों के प्रतिस्पर्धी स्टाफ द्वारा किया जाएगा जिनका पवित्र उद्देश ही सामान्य जन की भलाई होता है। अन्य निगम नागरिकों के नियंत्रण और स्वामित्व में सामूहिक रूप से स्थानीय स्तर पर संचालित होंगे। प्राचीन समय से ऐसे आदर्श शासन की मिसाल मिलती रही है और इसके लिए वैचारिक सजावट की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

आर्थिक समानता और वित्त के विशुद्ध विनियमन के बिना प्रजातंत्र संभव नहीं है। जब हम सो रहे थे, एक धूर्त गुट ने दशकों तक गैरकानूनी और अनैतिक तरीकों से खूब धन बटोर लिया और उस एकत्रित पैसे को समुद्र पार संचित करके रख लिया। हमारे अधिकांश नागरिक तो इस भ्रष्टाचार की कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकते, जो उद्योग और सरकार के चमकदार मुखौटे की आड़ में सभी जगह फ़ैल चुका है।
यह सभी बंद होगा। हम आतंरिक राजस्व सेवा और अन्य सरकारी ब्यूरो में ऐसे हजारों पेशेवर ऑडिटर्स को सशक्त बनाते हैं जो FBI की सहायता से आगे बढ़ेंगे और सुरक्षा विभाग (डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ डिफेंस) सहित सभी सरकारी शाखाओं में बेधड़क सारी ऑडिट करेंगे। हम कांग्रेस और इसके सभी सदस्यों की सम्पूर्ण वित्तीय ऑडिट करने की माँग करेंगे। साथ ही पूरी कार्यकारी शाखा (एग्जीक्यूटिव ब्रांच) और न्यायतंत्र के सभी मुख्य सदस्यों की भी ऑडिट की जाएगी। हम आग से भी नहीं डरेंगे, हजारों लोगों पर जुर्माना लगाएँगे और कारावास देंगे, या आवश्यक हुआ तो इससे भी बढ़कर।
एक बार जब सरकार पुनः अपने माननीय नागरिकों के हितों के लिए समर्पित हो जाएगी तब हम निगमों और अति-धनाढ्य लोगों के लिए यह प्रक्रिया शुरू करेंगे।
याद रखें कि जो लोग खराब धन में खेलते हैं, उन्होंने यह धन अवैध व्यापार प्रथाओं द्वारा पूँजी तक अनुचित पहुँच के माध्यम से कमाया है। उनकी संपत्ति को घटा दिया जाएगा ताकि वे इसका उपयोग पत्रकारिता, राजनीती या शिक्षा को कमजोर करने के लिए ना कर सकें। अब से वित्त एक अत्यधिक विनियमित क्षेत्र होगा जिसे मुख्य रूप से लोगों के प्रति जवाबदेह सरकारी संस्थाओं की निगरानी में रखा जाएगा। क्षेत्रीय बैंक सहकारी समितियों का रूप लेंगे जिनका संचालन स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए नागरिकों द्वारा किया जाता है। गैर-जवाबदेह बहुराष्ट्रीय बैंकों के जोखिम से नागरिकों को बचाने के लिए किसी भी डिजिटल मुद्रा को अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी।

राजनीती किसी भी मतलब की नहीं रह जाएगी यदि हमारे नागरिकों को अपने समाज के बारे में सूक्ष्मता से सोचने और उनकी कल्पनाओं की अनंत क्षमता का भरपूर उपयोग करने के लिए जरूरी अच्छी शिक्षा ना मिल सके। नागरिकों को कम उम्र से ही इतिहास और साहित्य, दर्शन और विज्ञान पढ़ना चाहिए ताकि वे हमारी उम्र की जटिल समस्याओं को समझ सकें।
हम एक नई शिक्षण प्रणाली बनाएँगे जिसमें सभी नागरिकों के साथ समान बर्ताव होगा। स्कूलों के फंड को कभी भी स्थानीय रियल एस्टेट टैक्स से नहीं जोड़ा जाएगा। शिक्षकों को समाज के अन्य सदस्यों की तरह ही पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। सभी को अच्छी शिक्षा प्रदान की जाएगी क्योंकि हम प्रत्येक को एक सक्रिय नागरिक के रूप में देखना चाहते हैं।
पत्रकारिता शिक्षा का ही एक विस्तार है, इसलिए इसे नागरिकों को असली मुद्दों से अवगत कराना चाहिए, ना कि सनसनीखेज घटनाओं से, और इसे लोगों को सिखाना चाहिए कि वस्तुओं को ऊपरी रूप में ही ना देखकर आर्थिक व सांस्कृतिक वास्तविकता पर देखना चाहिए।
दुखद रूप से, पत्रकारिता एक ऐसे लज्जाजनक कीचड़ का रूप ले चुकी है जो विकृत चित्रों और दिखावटी बातों, निराधार चीजों से अख़बारों, टीवी प्रसारणों और इन्टरनेट पोस्ट्स को भरने का काम कर रही है, जो हमारे निकृष्ट देवदूतों को आकर्षित करते हैं।
जबकि नागरिकों को निष्पक्ष तरीके से सोचना और एक बेहतर समाज के निर्माण के लिए साथ मिलकर काम करना सीखना चाहिए, उनके अन्दर बल्कि यौन इच्छा भड़काई जा रही है या निरर्थक कार्य की ओर बढ़ने को प्रेरित किया जा रहा है।
सरकार को स्थानीय और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर निष्पक्ष मीडिया का साथ देना चाहिए जो सत्य के प्रति समर्पित हो और जो नागरिकों को स्वयं सोचने को प्रोत्साहित करता हो। हाल के गंभीर मुद्दों को लेकर खोजी पत्रकारिता, साहसी पत्रकारिता को एक बार वापस व्यावहारिक कैरियर बन जाना चाहिए।
कला हमारे नागरिकों के जीवन का हिस्सा होनी चाहिए, वह चाहे पेंटिंग हो, मूर्तिकला हो, डिजाइन, नाटक, संगीत या साहित्य हो। सरकार को इन सबको बढ़ावा देना चाहिए ताकि नागरिकों में अपने आपको अभिव्यक्त करने को लेकर आत्मविश्वास जग सके और वे स्वयं अपने भविष्य को देखने की दृष्टि पा सकें। नागरिकों को निगमित मीडिया द्वारा तैयार चमकदार चित्रों या चिकनी बातों पर भरोसा करने को विवश नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।
कलात्मक अभिव्यक्ति को बढ़ावा देकर युवाओं को आज की तुच्छ और विकृत संस्कृति से बाहर निकाला जा सकता है, वह जो उन्हें छोटे-छोटे सुख की तरह धकेल रही है और समाज के प्रति समर्पित होने की उनकी क्षमता को लूट रही है। उन्हें स्वयं उनकी अपनी फिल्म, उनके अपने समाचारपत्र और उनकी अपनी पेंटिंग व फोटो बनाने का अवसर प्रदान करके उनके अन्दर समाज को बदलने का आत्मविश्वास जगाया जा सकता है, जबकि उनके काम के लिए उन्हें उचित वेतन भी दिया जाए।

हमारे संविधान का 13वाँ संशोधन स्पष्ट रूप से दासत्व पर रोक लगाता है। फिर भी हमारे कई नागरिक बैंकों की दूषित प्रथाओं के कारण कर्ज में डूबे हुए हैं, जो कारगर दासों की तरह कारखानों और स्टोर्स में काम करते हैं। हमारे कई नागरिक झूठे आरोपों के कारण कारागार में बिना वेतन काम करने को मजबूर हैं या अपने प्रियजनों को देखने तक को तरस रहे हैं। ये सभी अपराध निगमों के फायदे के लिए हैं।
ये घिनौने कृत्य 13वें संशोधन के दृढ़ता से लागू होने पर बिना किसी आपत्ति के बंद होंगे।
अमेरिकी कर्मचारियों के साथ उन बहुराष्ट्रीय निगमों द्वारा अपमानजनक बर्ताव किया जाता है जो अमेरिकी होने का ढोंग करती हैं। यहाँ तक कि उन निगमों द्वारा पुलिस, सैनिक और स्थानीय एवं संघीय संस्थाओं व व्यवसायों के कर्मचारियों के साथ भी गुलामों की तरह अपमानजनक बर्ताव किया जाता है जो 13वें संशोधन की घोर अवहेलना करते हुए इनको मूल आय के लिए भी निर्भर बनाकर रख देना चाहते हैं।
व्यापार दुनिया भर में समुदायों के बीच अदल-बदल का एक सुनहरा अवसर हो सकता है। लेकिन व्यापार, जैसा कि आजकल प्रचलन में है, हमारे अनमोल इकोसिस्टम और लोगों को नुकसान पहुँचा रहा है। व्यापार का मतलब केवल विशालकाय जहाजों से है, जो निवेश बैंकों के नियंत्रण में हैं, जो समुद्र मार्ग से सामान ले जाते समय भारी धुआं छोड़ते हैं और केवल कुछ लोगों के फायदे के लिए काम करते हैं, ना कि उन लोगों के लिए जो सामान बनाते हैं, ना ही उनके लिए जो उनका उपयोग करते हैं।
यह पृथ्वीवासियों के लिए लाभदायक नहीं है, और “व्यापार” के नाम पर नुकसान भुगत रहे स्थानीय उद्योगों और खेतों के लिए, और बिना इच्छा के आयातित माल खरीदने को मजबूर नागरिकों के लिए निश्चित रूप से यह “अंतर्राष्ट्रीयकरण” भी नहीं है, यह निवेश बैंकों और सट्टेबाजों के द्वारा नियोजित है। हमें साथ मिलकर इसपर पूरी तरह पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए कि वास्तव में व्यापार कहते किसे हैं और 100% जीवाश्म ईंधन मुक्त व्यापार व्यवस्था का निर्माण करना चाहिए जो हर किसी के लिए उपलब्ध हो और जो स्थानीय समुदायों की जरूरतों का आदर करता हो।

वर्तमान संकट सबसे ऊपर आध्यात्मिक संकट है। जब हम सो रहे थे, हमारा देश पतन और संकीर्णता की गहराईयों में चला गया। सभ्यता का यह रोग उनको भी लग गया जिनकी भावनाएं उत्तम थीं। विनम्रता, मितव्ययिता और अखंडता हमारे शब्दकोष से मिट चुके हैं। मूल्यों और चरित्र का अदृश्य आतंरिक विश्व जो नागरिकों की नैतिक तर्कशक्ति का आधार होना चाहिए था, उसकी जगह एक ऐसे प्रदर्शन ने ले ली है जो नागरिकों को गन्दगी का एक निष्क्रिय ग्राहक बना देता है।
जब तक हम अपने कार्यों को स्वयं नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकते हों, ऐसे समुदाय नहीं बना सकते जो सच्चाई की माँग करते हों, जब तक हम अपने पड़ोसियों पर भरोसा ना कर सकते हों, अपने बच्चों से दिल खोलकर बात नहीं कर सकते हों और सामान्य मूल्यों को ऊँचा नहीं उठा सकते हों, तब तक हमारे देश पर कब्जा किए बैठी शक्तियों के सामने खड़े रहने में हम असमर्थ ही रहेंगे।
सैन्यखुफियाभवनकोबदलना
अनियंत्रित सेना के कारण ज्यादा कीमत पर हथियार बेचकर निगम हमारे टैक्स डॉलर्स को ले जाते हैं और सीधे अपने बैंक अकाउंट में स्थानांतरित कर देते हैं, उन हथियारों की फिर समीक्षा भी नहीं होती, या वैज्ञानिक परीक्षण भी नहीं होता।
हमें ऐसे पुरुषों और महिलाओं की जरूरत है जो अपने देश के लिए जान देना चाहते हों। दुखद रूप से उन पवित्र भावनाओं को कुटिल तरीके से गलत निर्देशित किया जा रहा है। सेना, और उसे पेनम्ब्रा की तरह घेरे हुए खुफिया “समुदाय” को बदलना चाहिए, और सर्वोपरि, वह मौसम के बदलाव का शमन करने, और उसे अनुकूलित करने, और बायो-फासिज्म जैसे अन्य वास्तविक सुरक्षा जोखिमों से निपटने के लिए समर्पित होनी चाहिए।
जीवाश्म ईंधन जैसे राक्षस, और उसके अनुचर जो हमरे देश पर राज कर रहे हैं, इनका अन्त करने और हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था को बदलने के खतरनाक काम को अंजाम देने में ही हमारे जवानों की बहादुरी है।
जवानों! अगर आप इन ऊर्जा जारों के विरुद्ध खड़े नहीं हो सकते तो आप अपने आपको कैसे बहादुर कह सकते हो?
“हमारी शांति और समृद्धि को उलझाना” के खतरों से सम्बन्धित जॉर्ज वॉशिंग्टन की चेतावनी के उल्लंघन के रूप में हम अनेक गुप्त संधियों की तरफ दौड़ चुके हैं जिन्हें संयोग से “इंटेलिजेंस शेयरिंग” और “सुरक्षा सहयोग” का नाम दिया गया है, जो हमें 1914 की जैसी तबाही की तरफ ले जा रही हैं। उस समय, ऐसी गुप्त संधियों के कारण एक भीषण दूरगामी प्रभाव पड़ा जो विश्व को एक भयंकर युद्ध की तरफ ले गया।
आपमें से जो भी NSA के लिए कम भुगतान पर नौकरी कर रहे हैं, आपमें से जिन्होंने भी हमारी अनगिनत ईमेल को पढ़ा हो, या अफगानिस्तान के खतरनाक पर्वतीय रास्तों में भ्रमण करते हैं, आपमें से जिनको भी बड़े निगमों के आदेश पर बेकार चीजों द्वारा सामान्य लोगों को परेशान करना पड़ रहा हो, मेरी बात सुनें! मैं आपसे सच कहता हूँ, “मेरा साथ दें! आपके पास आपकी जंजीरों के अलावा खोने को और कुछ नहीं है।”

मीडिया तकनीक के क्रांतिपूर्ण तरीके से बढ़ने को सकारात्मक रूप में प्रस्तुत कर रहा है। अभी तक, अधिकतर, ऐसी नई तकनीकों को अपनाकर हमने अपनी ध्यान केन्द्रित करने की क्षमता को गँवाया है, स्वयं के बारे में सोचने के साधनों से वंचित किया है, और बतौर नागरिक कार्य करने के लिए जरूरी जागरूकता से दूर किया है। तकनीक का उपयोग करके हमारे अन्दर छोटी-अवधि की उत्तेजना पैदा की जा रही है जो फिर लत बन जाती है। ऐसे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण निगमों को लाभ पहुँचाते हैं, लेकिन वे इस संकट की गंभीरता से अनजान नागरिकों को उसमें डाल देते हैं।
हमें एक-दूसरे से बात करनी चाहिए, और हमें ऐसी नौकरी की जरूरत है जिसमें एक-दूसरे की सहायता की जा सके। लेकिन हमारा सामना होता है, बस रिकार्डेड मैसेजों से, स्वचालित चेकआउट से और उन सुपर-कंप्यूटर्स की लम्बी लाइनों से जो आराम से निगमों के लाभ की गणना करते रहते हैं। इस डिजिटल रेगिस्तान में हम बिल्कुल अकेले हैं। यह कोई संयोग नहीं है बल्कि एक सोचा-समझा अपराध है।
हमें गंभीर रूप से समीक्षा करनी चाहिए कि तकनीक का समाज पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ रहा है, इससे पहले कि हम उसे अमल में लाएँ। तकनीक बेहद मददगार हो सकती है, लेकिन सिर्फ तभी जब उसका उपयोग हमारी उम्र की वास्तविक चुनौतियों का हल निकालने के लिए किया जाए, ना कि हमें बदलने के लिए।
हमारी पृथ्वी और हमारे समाज की स्थिति को वैज्ञानिक रूप से समझना ही हमेशा हमारा लक्ष्य होना चाहिए। हम विज्ञान और तकनीक में अंतर करने में भ्रमित हो जाते हैं। जैसा कि पॉल गुडमैन ने लिखा है, “भले ही यह नई वैज्ञानिक शोध मानी जाए या नहीं, तकनीक नैतिक दर्शन की एक शाखा है, विज्ञान की नहीं।”

हमारे नागरिक उन असीमित अभियानों से घिर गए हैं जो गैर-बौद्धिक भावनाओं को बढ़ावा देते हैं और जो विश्व के बारे में गहराई से सोचने के प्रति हतोत्साहित करते हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप हमारी संस्कृति में जो बदलाव आ रहा है वह स्वाभाविक नहीं है, बल्कि यह उन छिपी हुई ताकतों द्वारा लाया हुआ है जो हमें विनम्र बनाना चाहती हैं।
हमें हमारे देश के हर कोने में बौद्धिक संलग्नता का स्तर बढ़ाना चाहिए, और लोगों को उनके बारे में सोचने, और स्वयं समाधान बताने के लिए प्रेरित करना चाहिए। पढ़ना, लिखना और बहस करना इस प्रक्रिया में महत्त्वपूर्ण हैं और इनके लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए।
नागरिकों को हस्तियों द्वारा प्रस्तावित सरल और शुष्क राय पर निर्भर नहीं होना चाहिए।
हम विज्ञापन के जहरीले जंगल व जनसंपर्क कंपनी को नागरिकता को बेजुबान करने और सबसे बढ़कर स्वार्थ के इस कपटपूर्ण पंथ को लादने की अनुमति नहीं दे सकते। जो नुकसान वे अभी तक कर चुके हैं उतना ही काफी भयावह है। एक साधारण बंजर भूमि ने सारे टीवी चैनल, सारे मॉल और सारे ऑफिसों पर कब्जा जमा लिया है।
विज्ञापन और PR उद्योग को कठोरतम विनियमों का पालन करना चाहिए ताकि हमारे नागरिकों को मीडिया में वो चित्र दिखाए जाएँ जो बौद्धिक संलग्नता को बढ़ावा देते हों और एक स्वस्थ समुदाय की तरफ ले जाते हों। नागरिकों को ऐसे लेख (आर्टिकल) पढ़ने, और प्रसारण देखने का अधिकार है जो हमारे जीवन की सच्चाई को वैज्ञानिक तरीके से बताते हों, और उन कार्यक्रमों से बचने का भी अधिकार है जो अमीरों के विलासी जीवन के दृश्यों को नमूने के तौर पर प्रस्तुत करते हों।

स्वास्थ्य केवल सरकार द्वारा एक अकाउंट से दूसरे अकाउंट में पैसे स्थानांतरित करके नहीं प्रदान किया जा सकता। हमें नागरिकों को भी एक-दूसरे की देखभाल करने, दवाइयों के विषय में अधिक जानकारी प्राप्त करने, जड़ी-बूटी से उपचार करने और उचित व्यायाम करने के लिए प्रेरित करना होगा ताकि कई बीमारियों का इलाज वे स्वतः ही बिना पैसे के कर सकें।

My Proposal to the Citizens of the United States of America at this dangerous moment

As the only candidate in the presidential election who addressed the criminal conspiracies of 9.11, of the theft of trillions of dollars from the Federal Reserve in 2020, and the COVID19 bogus pandemic, the only one who refused all funding from the rich and powerful and who worked with ordinary Americans for the common good, for truth and morality, I feel that I am best positioned to serve as president of a provisional government of the United States of America, only until such time as the rule of law is restored and we can govern the nation in accord with the Constitution.
I propose only that I can serve as an acting president for the moment as we collect together the best and the brightest to set out, and act upon, a plan to rebuild the United States spiritually and intellectually and to restore the republic and discard the empire of finance and entertainment, of war and extraction, that we have been drawn into.
My loyalty is to the Constitution of the United States exclusively. I have no interest in the worship of personalities, whether it be Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez or Donald Trump, Noam Chomsky or Glenn Beck. Although all of them occasionally speak the truth, they have all been reduced to puppets in the show over the last year.
I welcome you, I welcome everyone with a clear mind and a decent heart, to join me.
I solemnly warn those with ill intentions, those who work secretly for the super-rich, that we will not tolerate your games any more.
If no one else steps forth to take this position of leadership, I will have no choice, out of my love for our Constitution and for our republic, but to chart out a path forward towards freedom, liberty, sustainability and survival in this most hellish moment of human history.
My record is clear for all to see. For the last twenty years of the battle against totalitarianism, I have adhered to the principles of Cincinnatus. Like Cincinnatus, I have always been ready to return to my humble position as educator when a crisis has passed. I have a proven record of willingness to forgo all power and authority and to pursue the common interest even at great personal sacrifice.
For all intents and purposes, the “provisional government,” is effective immediately.
I promise, in accord with the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, to serve only temporarily as president of the United States of America in this crisis, not as a usurper, or as an imposter or a pretender, but rather in the sense that Cincinnatus rose up to play a role in governance during a crisis in ancient Rome. Cincinnatus made it clear he had no greater ambitions and he quietly retired to his farm when his role was completed.
I will have the humility and the flexibility, to accept suggestions from all corners and to refuse to have anything to do with the corrupt media, the corrupt political parties or the super-rich who believe that they rule the Earth.
In the following days, we will put forth a series of emergency orders to re-establish the efficacy of the Constitution and the rule of law in the United States.
We will also, with your help, put for forth a plan for a true reform of the United Nations as well that will make it a fit vessel for ethical governance for the Earth that is not influenced by corporations, investment banks, or the rich who lurk behind them.
I have the authority to take these steps only in that I am granted that authority by the citizens of the United States in accord with the Constitution. If I am granted that authority, just for the duration of this crisis, just for the period of time required to establish a functional and constitutional government, then that authority that I will hold will be far greater than any authority granted by commercial journalism that prays before the false gods of finance, granted by the politicians that are fed like lap logs by their rich masters, or granted by the hyenas and jackals that run contracting companies for defense, security and manufacturing and roam the dismal wasteland surrounding the Capitol.
Thank you for listening to me. I will go forward, with your support, to follow the Constitution and to protect the true interests of our citizens, not multinational investment banks and the rich who control them. I will do so to the best of my ability, so help me God.

An unavoidable response to the current crisis of governance

The mainstream media in the United States is now controlled by the super-rich through a web of holding companies and privatize intelligence firms dedicated to domestic propaganda. The news, once meant to inform citizens in accord with the Constitution, now keeps repeating, hypnotically, that America is returning to normal under the Biden administration. Yet, it is clear to the most casual observer that hidden forces are implementing an unprecedented totalitarian governance at all levels in the United States, and globally.
Before the opinions of presidents and Harvard professors, before the insights of intelligence and military experts, before the comments of billionaires and technology kings, the authority of the first amendment of the Constitution is paramount.
“Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Congress has passed laws, and passed secret laws, that abridge freedom of speech, crush freedom of the press, prohibit peaceful assembly, and that end the right to petition the government. The executive and the judicial have conspired to enact, and to maintain, criminal administrative structures. More importantly, the rich and powerful are planning to enact even more repressive criminal administrative structures in the near future.
The Atlantic Council released a chilling report entitled “Domestic violent extremism and the intelligence challenge” that describes the January “storming of the Capitol Building” by clowns and buffoons as a “failure of intelligence” and demands the creation of a Domestic Violent Extremism Unit(DVEAU) under the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) that reports to the Director of National Intelligence.
The author, Mitchell D. Silber, offers us terrifying new terms like “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) and “racial or ethnically motivated violence” (REMV) that will be used this year not only to justify juicy budgets but also to permit the oppression of all domestic opposition by intelligence agencies that are by their nature opaque, unaccountable and free to do as they please without any disclosure to local police or to the judiciary.
American citizens will be designated as terrorists by a shadow government that hears only its master’s voice. Those secret powers can toy with us for sport as wanton boys would do with flies.
No! We cannot wait any longer. We cannot complain over coffee, or organize desultory protests on weekends when the gaudy false gods permit us.
No! We must establish our own legitimate provisional government granted authority by the Constitution to administer the United States until such time as the Constitution is restored, and the rich and powerful are put in their place.
The government has collapsed into such anomy that we have no choice but question the legal authority of those who pretend to be a government and to propose a constitutional and moral alternative.
As Thomas Jefferson declared, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”
What do we do now?
The Founding Fathers describe clearly what our response should be to such a crisis in the Declaration of Independence.
That Declaration of Independence, in turn, is the foundation on which the Constitution stands, and the Constitution, in turn, forms the skeleton that supports all legitimate governance in the United States of America.
If the government operates outside of the Constitution, it is not the government any more, but rather a criminal enterprise masquerading as a government. This critical distinction must inform our every step from this day forward.
The Declaration of Independence is unambiguous:
“When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce the citizens under absolute Despotism, it is the citizens’ right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
We face today precisely such an “absolute despotism” and we must take action in a coordinated manner to establish a functional government, to “provide new guards” for our children and our grandchildren.
The shadow government that makes the real decisions, long before those politicians are dispatched to appear on television, is trying, right now, to lull us to sleep, to convince us that everything is returning to normal, so that they can launch their final campaign for the complete subjection of all Americans and, with us, all the citizens of the Earth.
That shadow government, that “absolute despotism” of the super-rich, baffles us with a confusing tapestry of arguments about policy, cynically induces emotional responses in us to the personalities of politicians, and to images associated with political parties.
There is no search for truth and there is no commitment to moral governance anywhere in this wasteland.
These cynical operators are following carefully scientific studies on mental manipulation, on the rape of the mind, and on techniques for mass hypnosis conducted in secret by government and by corporations over the last sixty years. They create an imbricated web of arguments and images, but they have one unifying purpose: To distract and to confuse the citizens of our Republic so that few can grasp this unconstitutional seizure of power until it is too late.
They repeat the same hypnotic messages to prepare us for tyranny. They sweeten the bitter medicine with flavors, conservative or progressive, libertarian or Christian, depending on the audience.
We are not in denial. We will not play these cynical political games. We will not abuse the trust of the public in authoritative institutions as a means to trick them into actions aimed at their enslavement, at their mental and physical destruction.
We have no higher masters than the scientific search for truth and the moral imperative for transparent and ethical government as described in our sacred Constitution.
Elections in the United States were problematic from the start. Those elections have been deeply compromised for the last twenty years and they are now irrevocably broken now. Not only is the counting of votes manipulated, and citizens regularly denied the right to vote, citizens are denied also access to accurate information concerning issues, policies and politicians by the gangrenous media.
As a result, the government has been reduced to an appendage of the rich and powerful. It no longer represents us, or assists us, in our struggle to guarantee a transparent and accountable political process that attends to the needs of citizens.
They have burned the Constitution and they have buried the entire administrative process of the executive, the legislative and the judiciary in a shallow grave.
Before we talk about how we will govern the United States from this day forward, let us first address the status of the best-known candidates for President Mr. Joseph Biden and Mr. Donald Trump.
Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump are two men caught up in a collapsing system of governance, in a decadent and narcissistic political culture. Many of the actions that they take, they take because they feel they are compelled to do so by greater powers.
We have no desire to blame them. We respect what they attempted and we recognize the hardships that they have suffered.
Mr. Biden is a prisoner in the Oval Office. He does not play a role in governance. Powerful multinational corporations, and the rich who hide behind them, dictate to him what his policies will be. He is trotted out before the camera like a show pony, a lame show pony.
Mr. Biden is a tired, sad old man.
Nevertheless, he has some responsibility for the rape of the Constitution and the pillage of government taking place today. He was aware of the corruption and the criminality in the last election and he chose to go along with the program in silence.
He must resign, along with his entire administration. There is no other choice at this point.
Mr. Trump has good reasons to claim that the presidential election was fixed. The protests by his supporters concerning the vote count in Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania deserve to be taken seriously. The dismissal of his arguments by the corporate media was dishonest.
Those facts, however, do not make Mr. Trump the legitimate president of the United States of America.
Mr. Trump accepted the support of the criminal syndicate known as the Republican Party, and the super-rich who hide behind it. He was unable, or unwilling, to back away from the vaccine regime, the drive for militarism, and the take-over of governance by multinational corporations working through their agents. He accepted an election that excluded all qualified candidates through illegal means and that banned meaningful journalism. There is evidence that the Republican Party, like the Democratic Party, also took illegal actions to restrict the vote.
We recognize that Mr. Trump took a brave stand on several occasions during his term of office, but he is too compromised to play a role in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America.
Neither Mr. Trump nor Mr. Biden has addressed these three critical issues for the United States publically:
The criminal operation to create a false flag attack on the United States, known as the 9.11 incident, as a means of dragging the United States into foreign wars that would rip it apart.
The theft of 10 to 15 trillion dollars from the Federal Government between January and September of 2020 by multinational investment banks and other global players.
The promotion of a bogus “pandemic” known as COVID19 as a means to destroy freedom for citizens, to enact criminal lockdowns and quarantines, and to promote dangerous “vaccines” by multinational corporations employing the stolen authority of the Federal government.
Neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden have condemned these criminal conspiracies that are self-evident to the casual observer.
That silence makes them coconspirators and disqualifies them both from serving as president. In fact, none of the registered candidates for president that I could find made any clear statements concerning these three issues and they are, therefore, also disqualified.
Finally, neither Mr. Biden nor Mr. Trump possess the temperament, the vision, or the bravery to lead us forward against the enemies, seen and unseen, who are tearing our country apart.
We have entered into uncharted waters in which sacrifice, bravery, leadership and the ability to create entirely new institutions for the benefit of the people, not to serve the rich, will be the primary task. These two men are incapable of rising to this demand.
The only appropriate response we can take in this case is to call for a new, internationally supervised, fair election.
It is impossible to do so now because the Federal Government is run by the criminal syndicates known as the Republican and Democratic Parties, and not by independent government institutions in accord with the Constitution.
The first step, before any elections can be held is to clean house and to upgrade.
We will set up a provisional government in the United States that can address directly, and forcibly, the three criminal conspiracies listed above, and others, and can lay the foundations for the restoration of governance in the United States.
Only then can a meaningful election be held. Only then can we drive out of Washington the super-rich who toy with government for their fun and profit.
It is a dangerous step to proclaim a provisional government, and the risks that this noble effort with be subverted or abused by the same monsters who have laid waste to Washington D.C. is real.

As grievous as was the blow, as terrible as is the suffering, as overwhelming and demoralizing as has been the ensuing chaos, and as discouraging as has been the spread of falsehoods, and the seduction of the educated, it is no surprise to the historian that a mighty nation like the United States could rapidly decline into moral depravity.
It is no mystery to the scholars of Babylon and Rome, of Byzantium and Athens, that great governments are brought to their knees, not by an external enemy, but rather by the substitution of superficial rituals for moral action, by a spiritual blindness that strikes down the best and the brightest.
This moral virus has infected the minds of those who should have known better, and the door was left ajar for the crafty and the cunning to surreptitiously sneak in and slip a collar around the eagle’s neck, rendering justice a pet for their idle amusement.
We have no time now for laments, standing here on the battlefield. The cruel powers have unleashed their dogs of war and they are ripping our institutions to shreds, tearing the living heart out of our government and our schools, and leaving behind our values and beliefs as rotted carcasses for the jackals to feed upon. These stealthy forces keep shifting their forms to confuse us, now conservative, now progressive, now black, now white.
What we know with certainty is that the current lull in the battle is the bait they have laid out for us. They are planning a final assault, as we stand here, dazed and confused. They want us to be absorbed in our selfish needs, stewed in the narcissism of the smartphone, lost in the cult of the self, and incapable of organizing our thoughts, or of mustering bravery, or of rising to the occasion.
Their weapons are different. Rather than a tank, they use a vaccine syringe for their first melee. They use AI and commercial media to reprogram our brains, rendering us docile beasts that chase after food, pornography and glittering images. We did not even notice how they made us dependent on them for food, for energy, for information, and now even for our very identity.
Not a single column still stands in the temple of government that our founding fathers erected.
The beasts have carved the executive branch up into private fiefdoms, and leased them out to foreign banks. These days, those involved in governance are patted on the head and rewarded for tearing apart the edifice, for doing the bidding of the hidden masters.
The members of the Congress, regardless of their color or flavor, thrust their snouts deep in the public trough, where they devour the slop shoveled their way by the high priests of Mammon.
There are only two parties: the pimps and the whores.
The gangrene flowing through the veins of the judiciary is foul. It corrupts everything it touches, rendering judges and prosecutors unfeeling, incapable of, and unwilling to, uphold the Constitution, or to do anything that might displease their true masters.
Newspapers, magazines, universities and research institutes, corporations and foundations, are spigots that spew forth lies.
An evil spirit has possessed the public sector, rendering it a monstrosity. It slouches towards your neighborhood with a syringe in hand.
In light of the collapse of all branches of the Federal government, and the slip of civil society into the dark abyss of decadence and narcissism, we citizens declare that an Provisional Government of the United States of America is established hereby that will serve as a midwife in the painful, but promising, rebirth of this nation.
The words of this declaration limn the direction forward for our nation and suggest the contours of our future.
The provisional government of the United States will distinguish itself from the wreckage now occupied by jackals and hyenas, by its strict adherence to our sacred Constitution and to the spirit of the law.
The provisional government will administer as much of the United States as it can, granted the tremendous challenges that we face.
The roots of our government are planted firmly in hearts of patriots, of citizens committed to liberty, justice and freedom. The provisional government will lay the foundations for an accountable government capable of addressing common concerns about the economy, society and security, hand in hand with those patriots.
The United States has a noble tradition of democratic governance. The inspiration for our nation, however, must be traced back to the American Revolution of 1776, and to the revolution against slavery of 1860. Our political philosophy is revolutionary, and this is a moment when that tradition must be revived.
The Declaration of Independence was the first step, a break with the British Empire. This declaration of independence is a break with the insidious empire of finance and speculation run by billionaires and their servants.
We hereby declare our independence from that empire of corruption and pillage, that empire of foreign wars and manipulative media, that empire of processed foods and needless medications forced on us for profit.
Our founding fathers declared,
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”
We will provide precisely the “new guards” for the future security of our children, and our grandchildren. We do so through the formal establishment of a provisional government of the United States to oversee the rebuilding of the Republic and the rebuilding of a constitutional democracy in our beloved nation.
We do not need any more media-savvy swiveling between the fraudulent flavors of “progressive” and “conservative,” the Pepsi and Coke of debased politics.
Before we recognize anyone as president, we must first establish a Provisional Government for the United States of America in accord with the Constitution.
That provisional government will devote its efforts to reestablishing a republic and a democracy based on the Constitution.
That effort can only be successful if we take the following six steps:
1)
We will list the billionaires, investment banks, private equity funds and the other parasitic financial institutions that have taken control of our nation’s government and detail how they govern us illegally.
We will make all information public regarding their criminal takeover, and their criminal administration, of our country. We will bring criminal charges against the leaders, and seize their assets, regardless of how many politicians they own, or how many billions of dollars they claim to possess.
2)
We will take control of the economy, starting with money and finance (especially the Federal Reserve), and create an economy of the people, by the people and for the people.
The speculative economy will end and all fiscal policy will be drafted in close coordination with citizens using scientific data concerning the true short-term and long-term challenges facing our nation. For-profit organizations will play no role in the formulation of economic policy, nor will foreign economic concerns. Corporations whose stock is owned by foreign interests, that have their headquarters outside of the United States, will not be considered American.
3)
We will establish true journalism, starting with journalism produced by networks of patriotic citizens, that is dedicated to the pursuit of truth, and does not shy away from taboo subjects. This journalism will have no corporate sponsors and will be accompanied by social media networks and search engines that are run as regional and national cooperatives responsible to the people, that have pursuit of truth, not profit, as their paramount goal.
4)
We will establish an international committee of ethical citizens to oversee an investigation of the criminal actions by those pretending to be the United States government for the last twenty years. Base on the findings of those public investigations, we will make proposals for a revolutionary restructuring of the government so as to make the citizen again sovereign.
Only then will we be able to hold transparent and accountable elections for the President and the Congress that allow the citizens to vote on the basis of accurate information, elections from which corporate money and private wealth will be banned.
Criminal syndicates like the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, not described in the Constitution, will play no role in these open and fair elections.
5)
We will set down national security priorities related to the threats facing our citizens. The process of assessing those security concerns will be immune from the lobbying of weapons manufactures and investment banks. We will consider crucial issues such as the collapse of biodiversity, the destruction of our climate, the concentration of wealth and the misuse of technology to destroy the minds of our citizens. We will also stop the use of automation and communications technology by corporations to destroy our livelihoods. We see the war of the rich against the citizens of the Earth as the primary security threat of our age.
6)
We will reform the United Nations so that it will become a space for true “Earth” governance that takes an internationalist perspective, and is not a tool for globalism. We will banish from the United Nations the money chargers and the plutocracy who have shredded the United Nations Charter and made its employees into their lapdogs.
The demands are simple, but achieving them will require vision, inspiration, tenacity and sacrifice. The rebuilding of the United States, in accord with its sacred Constitution, will be both a national and an international project.
We call out to all Americans, to all patriots who can hear our voices, and especially to those who were lucky enough to receive outstanding educations, privileged enough to obtain specialized training in the sciences, in international relations, in economics and in medicine. It must be you! Lawyers, doctors, professors, technicians, government officials, corporate executives and business owners! This is your moment of truth.
This is the moment when you must choose to stand with the downtrodden, choose to help citizens, who have not been so fortunate as you have, to distinguish truth from falsehood.
Those who possess extreme riches are not your friends. They care no more for you than they do for the homeless.
We declare today that in our streets, in our neighborhoods, in our states and in our nation, the United States of America, the super-rich and their minions shall have no dominion. The government titles or institutional trappings that they have stolen, or bought, grant them no authority over us.
If truth slips from our grasp, the powerful can easily twist our sentiments. The evil that they stir up shifts patterns, so as to blend into any scene, like a moth, like a chameleon.
Our provisional government will adhere to the constitution, to the sacred truth and to our moral indignation. We know no other masters.
John Brown and his many supporters stood up against the crime of slavery and the corrupt and criminal administrative regime that enabled it in the 1850s. They proposed a provisional constitution that was not meant to be revolutionary, and a “Declaration of Liberty” intended to be an extension of the Declaration of Independence to all Americans.
Although many parts of the two texts are dated, or inappropriate to the current moment, the general import of Brown’s efforts is clearly relevent and provides us with a valuable historical precedent.
It is critical to note that although John Brown was tried and hanged for rebellion, that this argument was specious and fabricated by the criminal slave owners who were afraid that the Constitution might actually be interpreted to follow its original intent and thereby threaten their profits.
The Provisional Constitution, however, is explicit:
These articles not for the overthrow of government.
The foregoing articles shall not be construed so as in any way to encourage the overthrow of any State government, or of the general government of the United States, and look to no dissolution of the Union, but simply to amendment and repeal. And our flag shall be the same that our fathers fought under in the Revolution.
The situation is quite similar to the crisis we face today. Most certainly John Brown is an imperfect model, but he suggests something of what was possible and his work with Frederick Douglass was essential in assuring that the eventual conflict was not a meaningless brawl but had a deeper significance.

PREAMBLE.
Whereas slavery, throughout its entire existence in the United States, is none other than a most barbarous, unprovoked, and unjustifiable war of one portion of its citizens upon another portion-the only conditions ‘of which are perpetual imprisonment and hopeless servitude or absolute extermination-in utter disregard and violation of those eternal and self-evident truths set forth in our Declaration of Independence:
Therefore, we, citizens of the United States, and the oppressed people who, by a recent decision of the Supreme’ Court, are declared to have no rights which the white man is bound to respect, together with all other people degraded by the laws thereof, do, for the time being, ordain and establish for ourselves the following Provisional Constitution and Ordinances, the better to protect our persons, property, lives, and liberties, and to govern our actions
ARTICLE I
Qualifications for membership
All persons of mature age, whether proscribed, oppressed, and enslaved citizens, or of the proscribed and oppressed races of the United States, who shall agree to sustain and enforce the Provisional Constitution and Ordinances of this organization, together with all minor children of such persons, shall be held to be fully entitled to protection under the same.
ARTICLE II.
Branches of government.
The provisional government of this organization shall consist of three branches, viz: legislative, executive, and judicial.
ARTICLE III.
Legislative.
The legislative branch shall be a Congress or House of Representative, composed of not less than five nor more than ten members, who shall be elected by all citizens of mature age and of sound mind connected with this organization, and who shall remain in office for three years, unless sooner removed for misconduct, inability, or by death. A majority of such members shall constitute a quorum.
ARTICLE IV.
Executive.
The executive branch of this organization shall consist of a President and Vice-President, who shall be chosen by the citizens or members of this organization, and each of whom shall hold his office for three years” unless sooner removed by death or for inability or misconduct.
ARTICLE V.
Judicial
The judicial branch of this organization shall consist of one Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and of four associate judges of said court, each constituting a circuit court. They shall each be chosen in the same manner as the President, and shall continue in office until their places have been filled in the same manner by election of the citizens. Said court shall have jurisdiction in all civil or criminal causes arising under this constitution, except breaches of the rules of war.
ARTICLE VI.
Validity of enactments.
All enactments of the legislative branch shall, to become valid during the first three years, have the approbation of the President and of the Commander-in-chief of the army.
ARTICLE VII.
Commander-in-chief.
A Commander-in-chief of the army shall be chosen by the President, Vice-President, a majority of the Provisional Congress, and of the Supreme Court, and he shall receive his commission from the President, signed by the Vice-President, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and the Secretary of War, and he shall hold his office for three years, unless removed by death or on proof of incapacity or misbehavior. He shall, unless under arrest, (and until his place is actually filled as provided for by this constitution,) direct all movements of the army and advise with any allies. He shall, however, be tried, removed, or punished, on complaint of the President, by at least three general officers, or a majority of the House of Representatives, or of the Supreme Court; which House of Representatives, (the President presiding,) the Vice-President, and the members of the Supreme Court, shall constitute a court-martial for his trial; with power to remove or punish, as the case may require, and to fill his place, as above provided.
ARTICLE VIII.
Officers.
A Treasurer, Secretary of State, Secretary of War, and Secretary of the Treasury, shall each be chosen, for the first three years, in the same way and manner as the Commander-in-chief, subject to trial or removal on complaint of the President, Vice-President, or Commander in-chief, to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, or on complaint of the majority of the members of said court or the Provisional Congress. The Supreme Court shall have power to try or punish either of those officers, and their places shall be filled as before.
ARTICLE IX.
Secretary of War.
The Secretary of War shall be under the immediate direction of the Commander-in-chief, who may temporarily fill his place in case of arrest or of any inability to serve.
ARTICLE X.
Congress or House of Representatives.
The House of Representatives shall make ordinances providing for the appointment (by the President or otherwise) of all civil officers, excepting those already named; and shall have power to. make all laws and ordinances for the general good, not inconsistent with this Constitution and these ordinances.
ARTICLE XI.
Appropriation of money
The Provisional Congress shall have power to appropriate money or other property actually in the hands of the treasurer, to any object calculated to promote the general good, so far as may be consistent with the provisions of this constitution; and may, in certain cases, appropriate for a moderate compensation of agents, or persons not members of this organization, for any important service they are known to have rendered.
ARTICLE XII.
Special duties.
It shall be the duty of Congress to provide for the instant removal of any civil officer or policeman, who becomes habitually intoxicated, or who is addicted to other immoral conduct, or to any neglect or unfaithfulness in the discharge of his official duties. Congress shall also be a Standing Committee of Safety, for the purpose of obtaining important information; and shall be in constant communication with the Commander-in-chief; the members of which shall each, as also the President, Vice-President, members of the Supreme Court, and Secretary of State, have full power to issue warrants, returnable as Congress shall ordain (naming witnesses, &c.,) upon their own information, without the formality of a complaint. Complaint shall be immediately made after arrest, and before trial; the party arrested to be served with a copy at once.
ARTICLE XIII.
Trial of President and other Officers
The President and Vice-President may either of them be tried, removed, or punished, on complaint made to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, by a majority of the House of Representatives; which house together with the Associate Judges of the Supreme Court, the whole to be presided over by the Chief Justice in case of the trial of the Vice-President, shall have full power to try such officers, to remove or punish as the case may require, and to fill any vacancy so occurring, the same as in the case of the Commander-in-chief.
ARTICLE XIV.
Trial of members of Congress.
The members of the House of Representatives may, any and all of them, be tried, and, on conviction, removed or punished, on complaint before the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, made by any number of the members of said house exceeding one-third; which house, with the Vice-President and Associate Judges of the Supreme Court, shall constitute the proper tribunal with power to fill such vacancies.
ARTICLE XV.
Impeachment of Judges.
Any member of the Supreme Court may also be impeached, tried, convicted, or punished by removal or otherwise, Oil complaint to the President, who shall in such case, preside; the Vice-President, House of Representatives, and other members of the Supreme Court, constituting the proper tribunal, (with power to fill vacancies,) on complaint of a majority of said House of Representatives, or of the Supreme Court; a majority of the whole having power to decide.
ARTICLE XVI.
Duties of President and Secretary of State.
The President, with the Secretary of State; shall, immediately upon entering on the duties of their office, give special attention to secure from amongst their own people, men of integrity, intelligence, and good business habits and capacity, and, above an, of first-rate moral and religious character and influence, to act as civil officers of every description and grade, as well as teachers, chaplains, physicians, surgeons, mechanics, agents of every description, clerks, and messengers. They shall make special efforts to induce, at the earliest possible period, persons and families of that description to locate themselves within the limits secured by this organization; and shall, moreover, from time to time, supply the names and residence of such persons to the Congress, for their special notice and information, as among the most important of their duties; and the President is herebyauth9rized and empowered to afford special aid to such individuals, from such moderate appropriations as the Congress shall be able and may deem advisable to make for that object. The President and Secretary of State, and in all cases of disagreement the Vice-President, shall appoint all civil officers, but shall not have power to remove any officer. All removals shall be the result of a fair trial, whether civil or military.
ARTICLE XVII.
Further duties.
It shall be the duty of the President and Secretary of State to find out (as soon as possible) the real friends as well as enemies of this organization in every part of the country; to secure among them innkeepers, private postmasters, private mail contractors, messengers, and agents, through whom may be obtained correct and regular information constantly; recruits for the service, places of deposit and sale, together with all needed supplies; and it shall be matter of special regard to secure such facilities through the northern States.
ARTICLE XVII.
Duty of the President.
It shall be the duty of the President, as well as the House of Representatives, at all times, to inform the Commander-in-chief of any matter that may require his attention, or that may affect the public safety.
ARTICLE XIX.
Duty of President, continued.
It shall be the duty of the President to see that the provisional ordinances of this organization, and those made by the Congress, are promptly and faithfully executed; and he may, in cases of great urgency, call on the Commander-in-chief of the army or other officers for aid; it being, however, intended that a sufficient civil police shall always be in readiness to secure implicit obedience to law.
ARTICLE XX.
The Vice-President.
The Vice-President shall be the presiding officer of the Provisional Congress, and in cases of tie shall give the casting vote.
ARTICLE XXI.
Vacancies.
In case of the death, removal, or inability of the President, the Vice President, and, next to him, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall be the President during the remainder of the term; and the place of the Chief Justice, thus made vacant, shall be filled by Congress from’ some of the members of said court; and the places of the Vice-President and Associate Justice, thus made vacant, filled by an election by the united action of the Provisional Congress and members of the Supreme Court. All other vacancies, not heretofore specially provided for, shall, during the first three years, be filled by the united action of the President, Vice-President, Supreme Court, and Commander-in-chief of the army.
ARTICLE XXII.
Punishment of crimes.
The punishment of crimes not capital, except in case of insubordinate convicts or other prisoners, shall be (so far as may be) by hard labor on the public works, roads, &c.
ARTICLE XXIII.
Army appointments.
It shall be the duty of all commissioned officers of the army to name candidates of merit, for office or elevation, to the Commander-in-chief, who, with the Secretary of War, and, in. cases of disagreement, the President, shall be the appointing power of the army; and all commissions of military officers shall bear the signatures of the Commander in-chief and the Secretary of War. And it shall be the special duty of the Secretary of War to keep for constant reference of the Commander-in-chief a full list of names of persons nominated for office or elevation by the officers of the army, with the name and rank of the officer nominating, stating distinctly, but briefly, the grounds for such notice or nomination. The Commander-in-chief shall not have power to remove or punish any officer or soldier, but he may order their arrest and trial at any time by court-martial.
ARTICLE XXIV.
Courts-martial.
Courts-martial for companies, regiments, brigades, &c., shall be called by the chief officer of each command, on complaint to him by any officer, or any five privates in such command, and shall consist of not less than five nor more than nine officers, non-commissioned officers and privates, one half of whom shall not be lower in rank than the person on trial, to be chosen by the three highest officers in the command, which officers shall not be a part of such court. The chief officer of any command shall, of course, be tried by a court-martial of the command above his own. All decisions affecting the lives of persons, or office of persons holding commission, must, before taking full effect, have the signature of the Commander-in-chief, who may also, on the recommendation of at least one third of the members of the court-martial finding any sentence, grant a reprieve or commutation of the same.
ARTICLE XXV.
Salaries.
No person connected with this organization shall be entitled to any salary, pay, or emolument, other than a competent support of himself and family, unless it be from an equal dividend made of public property, on the establishment of peace, or of special provision by treaty; which provision shall be made for all persons who may have been in any active civil or military service at any time previous to any hostile action for liberty and equality.
ARTICLE XXVI.
Treaties of peace.
Before any treaty of peace shall take full effect it shall be signed by the President and Vice-President, the Commander-in-chief, a majority of the House of Representatives, a majority of the Supreme Court, and a majority of all the general officers of the army.
ARTICLE XXVII.
Duty of the military.
It shall be the duty of the Commander-in-chief and all officers and soldiers of the army to afford special protection, when needed, to Congress or any member thereof, to the Supreme Court or any member thereof, to the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary of State, Secretary of the Treasury, and Secretary of War; and to afford general protection to all civil officers or other persons having right to the same.
ARTICLE XXVIII.
Property.
All captured or confiscated property and all property the product of the labor of those belonging to this organization and of their families, shall. be held as the property of the whole, equally, without distinction, and may be used for the common benefit, or disposed of for the same object; and any person, officer, or otherwise, who shall improperly retain, secrete, use, or needlessly destroy such property, or property found, captured, or confiscated, belonging to the enemy, or shall willfully neglect to render a full and fair statement of such property by him so taken or held, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, on conviction, shall be punished accordingly.
ARTICLE XXIX.
Safety or intelligence fund.
All money, plate, watches, or jewelry captured by honorable warfare, found, taken, or confiscated, belonging to the enemy, shall be held sacred to constitute a liberal safety or intelligence fund; and any person who shall improperly retain, dispose of, hide, use, or destroy such money or other article above named, contrary to the provisions and spirit of this article, shall be deemed guilty of theft, and, on conviction thereof, shall be punished accordingly. The treasurer shall furnish the Commander-in-chief at all times with a full statement of the condition of such fund, and its nature.
ARTICLE XXX.
The Commander-in-chief and the treasury.
The Commander-in-chief shall have power to draw from the treasury the money and other property of the fund provided for in article twenty-ninth; but his orders shall be signed also by the Secretary of War, who shall keep strict account of the same subject to examination by any member of Congress or general officer.
ARTICLE XXXI.
Surplus of the safety or intelligence fund.
It shall be the duty of the Commander-in-chief to advice the President of any surplus of the safety and intelligence fund, who shall have power to draw such surplus (his order being also signed by the Secretary of State) to enable him to carry out the provisions of article seventeenth.
ARTICLE XXXII.
Prisoners.
No person, after having surrendered himself or herself a prisoner, and who shall properly demean himself or herself as such, to any officer or private connected with this organization, shall afterward be put to death, or be subject to any corporeal punishment, without first having had the benefit of a fair and impartial trial; nor shall any prisoner be treated with any kind of cruelty, disrespect, insult, or needless severity; but it shall be the duty of all persons, male and female, connected herewith, at all times and under all circumstances, to treat all such prisoners with every degree of respect and kindness that the nature of the circumstances will admit of, and to insist on a like course of conduct from all others, as in the fear of Almighty God, to whose care and keeping we commit our cause.
ARTICLE XXXIII.
Voluntaries.
All persons who may come forward, and shall voluntarily deliver up their slaves, and have their names registered on the books of the organization, shall, so long as they continue at peace, be entitled to the fullest protection of person and property, though not connected with this organization, and shall be treated as friends and not merely as persons neutral.
ARTICLE XXXIV.
Neutrals.
The persons and property of all non-slaveholders, who shall remain absolutely neutral, shall be respected so far as the circumstances can allow of it, but they shall not be entitled to any active protection.
ARTICLE XXXV.
No needless waste.
The needless waste or destruction of any useful property or article by fire, throwing open of fences, fields, buildings, or needless killing of animals, or injury of either, shall not be tolerated at any time or place, but shall be promptly and properly punished.
ARTICLE XXXVI.
Property confiscated.
The entire personal and real property of all persons known to be acting either directly or indirectly with or for the enemy, or Found in arms with them, or found willfully holding slaves, shall be confiscated and taken whenever and wherever it may be found in either free or slave States.
ARTICLE XXXVII.
Desertion.
Persons convicted on impartial trial of desertion to the enemy, after becoming members, acting as spies, or of treacherous surrender of property, ammunition, provisions, or supplies of any kind, roads, bridges, persons, or fortifications shall be put to death, and their entire property confiscated.
ARTICLE XXXVIII.
Violation of parole of honor.
Persons proven to be guilty of taking up arms after having been set at liberty on parole of honor, or, after the same, to have taken any active part with or for the enemy, direct or indirect, shall be put to death, and their entire property confiscated.
ARTICLE XXXIX.
All must labor.
All persons connected in any way with this organization, and who may be entitled to full protection under it, shall be held as under obligation to labor in some way for the general good; and persons refusing or neglecting so to do, shall, on conviction, receive a suitable and appropriate punishment.
ARTICLE XL.
Irregularities.
Profane swearing, filthy conversation, indecent behavior, or indecent exposure of the person, or intoxication or quarreling, shall not be allowed or tolerated, neither unlawful intercourse of the sexes.
ARTICLE XLI.
Crimes.
Persons convicted of the forcible violation of any female prisoner shall be put to death.
ARTICLE XLII.
The marriage relation, schools, the Sabbath.
The marriage relation shall be at all times respected, and families kept together, as far as possible; and broken families encouraged to reunite, and intelligence offices established for that purpose. Schools and churches established, as soon as may be, for the purpose of religious and other instructions; for the first day of the week, regarded as a day of rest, and appropriated to moral and religious instruction and improvement, relief of the suffering, instruction of the young and ignorant, and the encouragement of personal cleanliness; nor shall any persons be required on that day to perform ordinary manual labor, unless in extremely urgent cases.
ARTICLE XLIII.
Carry arms openly.
All persons known to be of good character and of sound mind and suitable age, who are connected with this organization, whether male or female, shall be encouraged to carry arms openly.
ARTICLE XLIV.
No person to carry concealed weapons.
No person within the limits of the conquered territory, except regularly appointed policemen, express officers of the army, mail carriers, or other fully accredited messengers of the Congress, President, Vice President, members of the Supreme Court, or commissioned officers of the army-and those only under peculiar circumstances-shall be allowed at any time to carry concealed weapons; and any person not specially authorized so to do, who shall be found so doing, shall be deemed a suspicious person, and may at once be arrested by any officer, soldier, or citizen, without the formality of a complaint or warrant, and may at once be subjected to thorough search, and shall have his or her case thoroughly investigated, and be dealt with as circumstances on proof shall require.
ARTICLE XLV.
Persons to be seized.
Persons within the limits of the territory holden by this organization, not connected with this organization, having arms at all, concealed or otherwise, shall be seized at once, or, be taken in charge of some vigilant officer, and their case thoroughly investigated; and it shall be the duty of all citizens and soldiers, as well as officers, to arrest such parties as are named in this and the preceding section or article, without the formality of complaint or warrant; and they shall be placed in charge of some proper officer for examination or for safekeeping.
ARTICLE XLVI.
These articles not for the overthrow of government.
The foregoing articles shall not be construed so as in any way to encourage the overthrow of any State government, or of the general government of the United States, and look to no dissolution of the Union, but simply to amendment and repeal. And our flag shall be the same that our fathers fought under in the Revolution.
ARTICLE XLVII.
No plurality of offices.
No two of the offices specially provided for by this instrument shall be filled by the same person at the same time.
ARTICLE XLVIII.
Oath.
Every officer, civil or military, connected with this organization shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, make solemn oath or affirmation to abide by and support this provisional constitution and these ordinances; also every citizen and soldier, before being fully recognized as such, shall do the same.
Schedule.
The president of this convention shall convene, immediately on the adoption of this instrument, a convention of all such persons as shall have given their adherence by signature to the constitution, who shall proceed to fill, by election, all offices specially named in said constitution, the president of this convention presiding, and issuing commissions to such officers elect; all such officers being thereafter elected in the manner provided in the body of this instrument.

“When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary” for an Oppressed People to Rise, and assert their Natural Rights, as Human Beings, as Native & mutual Citizens of a free Republic, and break that odious Yoke of oppression, which is so unjustly laid upon them by their fellow Countrymen, “and to assume among the powers of Earth the same equal privileges to which the Laws of Nature, & natures God entitle them; A moderate respect for the opinions of Mankind, requires that they should declare the causes which incite them to this just & worthy action.
We hold these truths to be Self Evident; That All Men are Created Equal; That they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights. That among these are Life, Liberty; & the pursuit of happiness. That Nature hath freely given to all Men, a full Supply of Air. Water, & Land; for their sustenance, & mutual happiness, That No Man has any right to deprive his fellow Man, of these Inherent rights, except in punishment of Crime. That to secure these rights governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That when any form of Government, becomes destructive to these ends, It is the right of the People, to alter, Amend, or Remodel it, Laying its foundation on Such Principles, & organizing its powers in such form as to them shall seem most likely to effect the safety, & happiness” of the Human Race, To secure equal rights, privileges, & justice to all; Irrespective of Sex; or Nation; To Secure Fraternal Kindness to all Friends of Equal Moral privileges, to all who honestly abandon their Despotic oppressive rule. We hold this truth to be self-evident; That it is the highest Privilege, & Plain Duty of Man; to strive in every reasonable way, to promote the Happiness, Mental, Moral, & Physical,
Elevation of his fellow Man. And that People, or Clannish Oppressors; who wickedly violate this sacred principle; oppressing th their fellow Men, Will bring upon themselves that certain & fearful retribution, which is the Natural, and Necessary penalty of evil Doing. “Prudence, indeed will dictate, that Governments long established, should not be changed for light & transient causes; But when a long train of abuses, & usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object; evinces a design to perpetuate an absolute Despotism; and most cruel bondage; It is their Right, it is their Duty to resist & change such Government, & provide safeguards for their future Liberty” Such has been the patient sufferance of the slaves of the United States, and such is now the necessity which constrains them to brush this foul system of oppression, The history of Slavery in the Unites States, is a history of injustice & Cruelties inflicted upon the Slave in every conceivable way, & in barbarity not surpassed by the most Savage Tribes. It is the embodiment of all that is Evil, and ruinous to a Nation; and subversive of all Good. “In proof of which; facts innumerable have been submitted to the People, and have received the Verdict & condemnation of a candid & Impartial World.”
Our Servants; Members of Congress; & other Servants of the People, who receive exorbitant wages, from the People ask in return for; for their unjust Rule, have refused to pass Laws the most wholesome & necessary for public good, they have refused to pass laws for the accommodation of large districts of People, unless that People, would relinquish the right of representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them, and formidable to tyrants only. Our President & other Leeches have called together Legislative, or treasonable Bodies, at places unusual, uncomfortable, & distant from the depository of our public records; for the sole purpose of fatiguing us into compliance with their measures. They have dissolved Representative houses, for opposing with Manly firmness, their invasions on the rights of the people.
They have refused to grant Petitions presented by numerous & respectable Citizens, asking redress of grievances imposed upon us, demanding our Liberty & natural rights. With Contempt, they Spurn and our humble petitions; and have failed to pass Laws for our relief. They have prevented in all possible ways, the administration of justice to the slave, They have made judges Taney dependent on their will alone, for the tenure of their offices, & the amount & payment of their salaries, They have erected a Multitude of new offices, & sent on swarms of Blood Suckers, & Moths, to harass the People, & eat out their substance, They have effected to render the Military, independent of, & superior to the power & wishes of the People (the Civil power.) Claiming that knowledge is power, they have, (for their own safety) kept us in total darkness, & Ignorance, inflicting base cruelties, for any attempt on our part to obtain knowledge “They have protected base Men, Pirates (engaged in a most Inhuman traffic; The Foreign; & Domestic, Slave Trade.) by mock trials, from punishment, for unprovoked murders which they have committed upon us, & free citizens of the States.
They have prevented by law, our having any Traffic or deal with our fellow Men; Regardless of our wishes, they declare themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. They have abdicated government among us, by declaring us out of their protection, & waging a worse than most cruel war upon us continually.
“The welfare of the People; Is the first Great Law.” The fact, & a full description of the enormous Sin of Slavery, may be found in the General History of American Slavery, which is a history of repeated injuries, of base hypocrisy; A cursed treasonable, Despotic usurpation; The most abominable provoking atrocities; Which are but a mockery of all that is just, or worthy of any people. Such cruelty, tyranny, & perfidy, has hardly a parallel, in the history of the most barbarous ages, Our Servants, or Law makers; are totally unworthy the name of Half Civilized Men. All their National acts, (which apply to Slavery,) are false, to the words spirit, & intention, of the Constitution of the United States, & the Declaration of Independence. They say by word & Act, That their own Children, or any faithful Citizen, may be legally robed of every Natural & Sacred Right, & that we, have no rights whatever.
They are a Blot upon the Character, the honor, of any Nation, which Claims to have the least shadow or spark of Civilization above the lowest, most inferior Cannibal Races. This is a slight though brief recital, of some of the enormous atrocities, of these Idle, haughty, tyrannical, Arrogant Land Monopolists; Slave holders our lords, & masters, From which, Good Lord Deliver us. These are some of the facts, which we now, (after the lapse of 83 years, since the writing & signing of that Sacred Instrument, Honored & Adored by our Fathers, which declares that it is Self-Evident that all Men are Created Equal, Endowed by their Creator with certain inherent rights &c”) submit to the Decision of all candid; true Republican, Friends of Universal Freedom, & Natural Equality of Rights. All We Demand; is our Liberty, & the Natural rights & immunities of faithful Citizens of the United States.
We will Obtain these rights or Die in the struggle to obtain them We make war upon oppression, we have no controversy with any Religious Sect, Our intention is not to molest any Good Man, whatever may be his religious belief.
We hold these to be self-evident truths, That any Tribe, Rulers, or People, who Rob & cruelly oppress their faithful Laboring Citizens, have within themselves the Germ, of their own certain & fearful overthrow; It is one of Nature’s Immutable Laws; that “According to the measure ye mite; so shall it be Measured to you again.” Herein is the secret of security & true happiness, for Individuals, And the Only Firm Basis, upon which Governments, may be p Permanently Established; Where the Citizens, are Devoted to the greatest good of their Fellow Men, The more humble, benighted & oppressed they are, so much the more sympathy; & earnest effort for their relief, is demanded, striving earnestly to promote the safety and prosperity of their Nation; & the Human Race.
It is a fixed Law of Nature, That any People, or Nation, whose [sturdy?] purpose, & Constant Practice, is in accordance with these principles; Must go forward Progressing; So long as Man Continues to Exist. For in Nature the Principle of Reciprocity is Great.
“The Legitimate object of all Punishment, is to prevent Crime” When any Punishment is inflicted, more than is necessary to prevent crime, it then ceases to be a Punishment. It has become a Barbarous Crime. A Sore Evil. “The Natural Object of all Government is to Protect the right, Defend the Innocent.” When any set of Usurpers, Tribe, or Community, fail to protect the right, but furnish protection & encouragement to the Villain, by bestowing a Bounty, or Premium, upon the vile Thief, Robber , Libertine, Pirate; & Woman killing Slave Holder; as a reward, for their deeds of rascality and Barbarism; And inflict grievous cruelties upon the innocent, Shooting & Butchering those most faithful, Citizens, who have Striven Manfully, for the relief of the downtrodden &; oppressed of their Country), who fought bravely in support of the Great Principles set forth in D our Declaration of Independence, from the oppressive Rule of England.) Encouraging in various ways, by bribery & fraud, the most Fiendish acts of Barbarism (like those Perpetrated within the limits of the United States, in Florida, at Blounts Fort; in Florida & in other Territories.) under the Jurisdiction & guidance of Slaveholding Authority, & in strict accordance with Slaveholding Rules).
They have transcended their own limits, They have fairly outwitted themselves; Their Slave Code, is a shame to any Nation, Their Laws, are no Laws; they themselves are no more than a Band compilation of Base Piratical Rulers. They are a curse to themselves, a most lamentable Blot upon Society.
“In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress, in the most humble terms, Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated Injuries, A Class of oppressors, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrannical Despotism, is unfit to rule any People. We do not need any more media-savvy swiveling between the fraudulent flavors of “progressive” and “conservative,” the Pepsi and Coke of debased politics.
Before we recognize anyone as president, we must first establish a Provisional Government for the United States of America in accord with the Constitution.
That provisional government will devote its efforts to reestablishing a republic and a democracy based on the Constitution.
That effort can only be successful if we take the following six steps:
1)
We will list the billionaires, investment banks, private equity funds and the other parasitic financial institutions that have taken control of our nation’s government and detail how they govern us illegally.
We will make all information public regarding their criminal takeover, and their criminal administration, of our country. We will bring criminal charges against the leaders, and seize their assets, regardless of how many politicians they own, or how many billions of dollars they claim to possess.
2)
We will take control of the economy, starting with money and finance (especially the Federal Reserve), and create an economy of the people, by the people and for the people.
The speculative economy will end and all fiscal policy will be drafted in close coordination with citizens using scientific data concerning the true short-term and long-term challenges facing our nation. For-profit organizations will play no role in the formulation of economic policy, nor will foreign economic concerns. Corporations whose stock is owned by foreign interests, that have their headquarters outside of the United States, will not be considered American.
3)
We will establish true journalism, starting with journalism produced by networks of patriotic citizens, that is dedicated to the pursuit of truth, and does not shy away from taboo subjects. This journalism will have no corporate sponsors and will be accompanied by social media networks and search engines that are run as regional and national cooperatives responsible to the people, that have pursuit of truth, not profit, as their paramount goal.
4)
We will establish an international committee of ethical citizens to oversee an investigation of the criminal actions by those pretending to be the United States government for the last twenty years. Base on the findings of those public investigations, we will make proposals for a revolutionary restructuring of the government so as to make the citizen again sovereign.
Only then will we be able to hold transparent and accountable elections for the President and the Congress that allow the citizens to vote on the basis of accurate information, elections from which corporate money and private wealth will be banned.
Criminal syndicates like the Democratic Party and the Republican Party, not described in the Constitution, will play no role in these open and fair elections.
5)
We will set down national security priorities related to the threats facing our citizens. The process of assessing those security concerns will be immune from the lobbying of weapons manufactures and investment banks. We will consider crucial issues such as the collapse of biodiversity, the destruction of our climate, the concentration of wealth and the misuse of technology to destroy the minds of our citizens. We will also stop the use of automation and communications technology by corporations to destroy our livelihoods. We see the war of the rich against the citizens of the Earth as the primary security threat of our age.
6)
We will reform the United Nations so that it will become a space for true “Earth” governance that takes an internationalist perspective, and is not a tool for globalism. We will banish from the United Nations the money chargers and the plutocracy who have shredded the United Nations Charter and made its employees into their lapdogs.
The demands are simple, but achieving them will require vision, inspiration, tenacity and sacrifice. The rebuilding of the United States, in accord with its sacred Constitution, will be both a national and an international project.
We call out to all Americans, to all patriots who can hear our voices, and especially to those who were lucky enough to receive outstanding educations, privileged enough to obtain specialized training in the sciences, in international relations, in economics and in medicine. It must be you! Lawyers, doctors, professors, technicians, government officials, corporate executives and business owners! This is your moment of truth.
This is the moment when you must choose to stand with the downtrodden, choose to help citizens, who have not been so fortunate as you have, to distinguish truth from falsehood.
Those who possess extreme riches are not your friends. They care no more for you than they do for the homeless.
We declare today that in our streets, in our neighborhoods, in our states and in our nation, the United States of America, the super-rich and their minions shall have no dominion. The government titles or institutional trappings that they have stolen, or bought, grant them no authority over us.
If truth slips from our grasp, the powerful can easily twist our sentiments. The evil that they stir up shifts patterns, so as to blend into any scene, like a moth, like a chameleon.
Our provisional government will adhere to the constitution, to the sacred truth and to our moral indignation. We know no other masters.

1. Мы не призна́ем нечестные выборы
Нынешняя избирательная система коррумпирована до такой степени, что ее существование и вовсе лишено всякого смысла. Кандидата, отвечающего всем предъявляемым критериям, не допускают к участию в выборах, а СМИ игнорируют его тезисы и деятельность, намеренно лишая граждан доступа к важной информации. Голоса подсчитываются с помощью компьютерных систем, изначально допускающих возможность взлома, поэтому у народа и вовсе не остается никаких шансов воспользоваться своим священным правом выбора. В регионах с высоким уровнем бедности машин для голосования так мало, что после тяжелого рабочего дня люди вынуждены часами простаивать на холоде в очередях вплоть до глубокой ночи.
Последние выборы стали пародией на настоящую процедуру избрания, а демократы и республиканцы проявили себя в качестве стервятников, ковыряющих каркас Статуи Свободы, незначительно отличаясь при этом лишь своим оперением.
Мы не призна́ем выборы на пост президента или любую другую должность законными до тех пор, пока в стране не пройдут выборы под международным наблюдением, на которых каждому гражданину будет гарантировано право голоса в рамках системы проверяемого голосования, а любой кандидат, отвечающий всем предъявляемым критериям, получит возможность представлять свою программу избирателям напрямую. Выборы должны быть прозрачными на всех уровнях, а коммерческая реклама — запрещена.
Прошлые выборы были легитимны, но совесть не позволяет нам принять весь этот процесс. Меня не волнует, что, баллотируясь в президенты, я не получу финансирование от богачей или поддержку политических партий, а знаменитости не будут петь мне дифирамбы. Мы понимаем, что если не произойдет революционных изменений, то следующие выборы будут до такой степени сфальсифицированы, что принимать их результаты или признавать победителей нам никак нельзя.
Более того, и сами «избранные» вскоре докажут, что представителями народа они никоим образом не являются. Народу, то есть нам с вами, придется дождаться проведения легитимных выборов, к участию в которых будут допущены по-настоящему легитимные кандидаты.
Противодействие ей должно осуществляться по всем направлениям внутренней и внешней политики
Краеугольным камнем всей политики Соединенных Штатов в области безопасности, экономики и образования должно стать полное следование столетнему плану по смягчению последствий изменения климата и адаптации к этому явлению. Чтобы свести к нулю использование нефти и угля в течение двух-трех лет и исключить применение пластмасс, минеральных удобрений и прочих материалов, мы должны направить все силы на реализацию этого плана, который по важности сопоставим с военной экономикой.
Правительством будут изданы директивы о стремительном сокращении использования ископаемого топлива, прекращении эксплуатации личных автомобилей и ограничении полетов авиатранспорта. Мы профинансируем установку солнечных электростанций и ветрогенераторов в каждом районе. Для достижения этой цели все авторские права на эти технологии должны быть переданы правительством в общественное достояние. В целях сведения уровня выбросов углерода к нулю будет немедленно проведена модернизация всех зданий по части теплоизоляции, а также солнечной и ветряной энергии. Правительство сделает это за счет займов сроком до 50 лет, что в итоге сразу сделает возобновляемую энергию дешевле, чем ископаемое топливо в перспективе долгосрочных затрат.
Мы отменим все субсидии на нефть, уголь и уран. Эти виды топлива будут классифицированы как контролируемые вещества, не предназначенные для продажи с целью получения прибыли.
Сектор военной экономики полностью перейдет на возобновляемые источники энергии быстрее, чем остальная часть страны и станет самым мощным защитником экосистемы, а не участником нефтяных войн или фальшивой геоинженерии.
Загрязняющие атмосферу истребители и устаревшие авианосцы будут немедленно утилизированы, несмотря на потенциальную прибыль от их использования для корпораций. Мы гарантируем поддержку тем, кто потеряет работу в переходный период трудоустройства в рамках проектов по возобновляемой энергии. По сути, мы гарантируем трудоустройство всем желающим.
Нефтегазовые корпорации заработали триллионы долларов, подвергая граждан воздействию опасных веществ, таких как нефть, уголь и природный газ, прекрасно осознавая при этом их разрушительное влияние на окружающую среду. Такие действия преступны. Активы таких корпораций и их владельцев будут конфискованы государством, а эти средства будут использованы для финансирования трансформации нашей экономики. Напрасный перевод продуктов, энергии и природных ресурсов будет считаться гнусным поступком, каким он на самом деле и является, и никогда не будет преподноситься как символ лучшей жизни.
Правительство будет контролировать строительство действительно экологически чистых районов как в черте города, так и в его окрестностях, а также будет заниматься восстановлением заповедников для сохранения биоразнообразия. Это будет подразумевать снос торговых центров, парковок, заводов и автомагистралей, осквернивших наши священные леса и благородные водно-болотные угодья.
3.Любой ценой ликвидировать ядерное оружие
Человечеству грозит беспрецедентная опасность ядерной войны, причем ситуация еще больше усугубляется из-за распространения «готовых к использованию» ядерных мини-устройств. Наши триллионные траты на модернизацию ядерных сил вместо их ликвидации представляют собой весьма печальное зрелище.
Каким бы болезненным ни был этот процесс, мы возьмем на себя обязательство полностью освободить Землю от этого опасного оружия. Ради блага наших детей мы принудительно изымем и уничтожим все ядерное оружие, сначала в Соединенных Штатах, а затем во всех остальных странах мира. Чтобы остановить разработку ядерного оружия мы будем сотрудничать с активными группами граждан как внутри страны, так и за рубежом, в правительственных кругах, а также и за их пределами.
4.Провести международные научные расследования событий прошлого, чего многие стараются избегать
Мы не сможем справиться с угрозой изменения климата и ядерной войны, пока не избавимся от культуры отрицания, охватившей нас за последние двадцать лет. Мы не должны бояться провести честное расследование действий, совершенных небольшой группой влиятельных лиц после выборов 2000 года, включая трагедию 9/11.
Чтобы наши граждане и весь остальной мир смог узнать подлинную историю, в рамках расследования мы должны использовать силу научного метода, а также создать международные группы по «установлению истины и примирения». Не должно быть никаких ограничений в отношении того, насколько далеко зайдет это расследование. Учитывая серьезность дела, все материалы, имеющие к нему отношение, должны быть рассекречены. Мы также не должны довольствоваться примитивными и нереалистичными обвинениями в адрес той или иной стороны. Убийство в Восточном экспрессе — преступление, которое удалось раскрыть.
5.Вернуть домой американские войска и модернизировать Организацию Объединенных Наций
Соединенные Штаты должны вернуть большую часть войск, дислоцированных по всему миру со времен Второй мировой войны. Эти войска нередко использовались в наемных целях для обслуживания интересов богатых. Мы должны быть готовы сражаться и умирать за настоящую международную безопасность, но делать это исключительно в соответствии с уставом Организации Объединенных Наций. Куда лучше рисковать жизнью в борьбе против сил корыстолюбия, защищая почву под своими ногами, воды океанов от отравления и леса от вырубки, нежели вести бессмысленные войны за ресурсы ради транснациональных корпораций.
Организация Объединенных Наций должна стать главным центром разработки и реализации планов касательно будущего нашей хрупкой планеты. В противном случае мы должны действовать на местном уровне, придерживаясь при этом глобального видения. Сделать это удастся лишь в том случае, если Соединенные Штаты и Организация Объединенных Наций проведут всеобъемлющие реформы, которые уполномочат их представлять жителей планеты без вмешательства корпораций или богачей.
6.Корпорации — это не граждане;
Богатые получают не более одного голоса
Корпорации не являются гражданами, поэтому они не должны участвовать в обсуждении политических вопросов. То же самое касается и сверхбогатых, а также инвестиционных банков, посредством которых они выражают свою волю. Важную для управленцев информацию должны предоставлять пожизненные госслужащие, профессора и прочие эксперты, занимающиеся объективной оценкой текущего состояния нашей страны, не испытывая при этом давления с целью извлечения прибыли.
Богатые — это такие же люди, а значит, прав у них столько же, сколько и у всех остальных. У них не должно быть никаких привилегий в вопросах определения политического курса. Те, кто прямо либо косвенно используют деньги для влияния на политику, вовлечены в коррупцию и взяточничество. Мы не должны скрывать такие преступления за безобидными терминами вроде «консультирования» и «лоббирования».
Мы должны расширить полномочия госаппарата, чтобы правительство вновь обрело независимость от корпораций и могло создать строгую нормативно-правовую базу для защиты людей. Мы уже делали это раньше и сможем сделать снова. В ходе этого процесса многие корпорации, такие как банки или телекоммуникационные и энергетические компании будут национализированы, а управлять ими будет компетентный штат из госслужащих, священной миссией которых является общее благо. Прочие корпорации будут работать как коллективные объединения на местном уровне, находясь в собственности и под контролем граждан. Подобный тип управления на основе нравственных принципов уходит корнями еще в древние времена и не требует идеологического оформления.
7.Экономика, построенная людьми и для людей
Демократия невозможна без экономического равенства и строгого финансового контроля. Пока мы были в спячке, вороватая клика десятилетиями наживала огромные богатства незаконным и аморальным путем и откладывала заработанные магическим образом деньги за границей. Большинство наших граждан даже представить не могут размах коррупции, скрывающейся за сияющими фасадами промышленности и правительства во всех уголках страны.
Всему этому будет положен конец. Мы уполномочим тысячи профессиональных аудиторов в Налоговой службе и других правительственных организациях безбоязненно провести при поддержке ФБР полную проверку всех ветвей власти, включая Министерство обороны. Мы потребуем проведения полного финансового аудита Конгресса и всех его членов. Будет проверена и вся исполнительная власть, а также все основные члены судебной системы. Мы не побоимся увольнять, штрафовать и сажать в тюрьму тысячи людей или даже больше, если это будет необходимо.
Как только правительство вновь вернется к работе на благо наших почтенных граждан, мы проведем этот же процесс и в отношении корпораций, а также сверхбогатых.
Помните, что деньги, которые и не снились простому смертному, наживаются путем недобросовестного доступа к капиталу в сочетании с незаконным бизнесом. Активы таких людей будут урезаны до размеров, не позволяющих использовать эти средства для подрыва журналистской, политической или образовательной деятельности. Отныне финансы станут строго регулируемой сферой, подконтрольной главным образом правительственным организациям, которые в свою очередь подотчетны народу. Региональные банки примут форму кооперативов, а управлять ими будут сами граждане, руководствуясь интересами местной экономики. Цифровые валюты, подвергающие граждан риску со стороны неподотчетных транснациональных банков, будут запрещены.
8.Поддержать настоящее образование и журналистские расследования
Если гражданам не дают доступа к качественному образованию, в котором они нуждаются, чтобы уметь критически осмысливать наше общество и в полной мере использовать бесконечный потенциал своего воображения, то такую политику нельзя считать разумной. Чтобы разбираться в сложных вопросах современности, людям нужно с раннего возраста изучать историю и литературу, философию и науку.
Мы создадим новую систему образования, в рамках которой ко всем гражданам будут относиться одинаково. Финансирование школ никогда не будет привязано к местным налогам на недвижимость. Зарплата учителей будут такая же, как и у других членов общества. Мы ожидаем, что каждый человек станет активным гражданином, поэтому все жители страны получат право на качественное образование.
Журналистика является продолжением образования, и поэтому она должна информировать граждан о реальных проблемах, а не о сенсационных событиях, и учить их критически осмысливать подлинную суть экономических и культурных реалий.
К сожалению, сегодня журналистика превратилась в мерзкие нечистоты, загрязняющие газеты, телепередачи и публикации в Интернете гротескными картинками и распутными подписями, словом разного рода низостями, взывающим к нашим худшим личностным качествам.
Люди должны учиться мыслить объективно и работать сообща над созданием лучшего общества, но вместо этого их забрасывают информационным мусором, который стимулирует похоть или поощряет бездумное потребление.
Правительство должно на местном и национальном уровне поддерживать независимые СМИ, которые нацелены на поиск истины и призывают граждан думать своей головой. Смелая журналистика, в том числе журналистские расследования на темы серьезных проблем современности, должна снова стать жизнеспособным карьерным направлением.
Искусство, будь то живопись, скульптура, дизайн, драматургия, музыка или литература, должно быть частью жизни наших граждан. Правительство будет поддерживать такую деятельность, создавая атмосферу доверия, в которой люди смогут самовыражаться и формулировать видение нашего общего будущего. Нельзя принуждать людей полагаться на блестящие образы или бойкие лозунги, распространяемые корпоративными СМИ.
Поощрение художественного самовыражения освободит молодежь от банальной и манипулятивной культуры, с которой они сегодня имеют дело и которая подталкивает их к мимолетным удовольствиям, лишая возможности вносить свой вклад в развитие общества. Имея возможность создавать собственные фильмы, газеты, картины и фотографии, получая при этом достойную заработную плату за свою работу, они обретут уверенность в том, что смогут изменить общество.
9.13-я поправка требует положить конец рабству
13-я поправка к нашей Конституции прямо запрещает рабство. Тем не менее, многие наши граждане вынуждены влезать в долги из-за презренных действий банков, работая при этом на заводах и в магазинах поистине в рабских условиях. Среди наших граждан есть и те, кто находятся тюрьмах, зачастую по сфабрикованным делам, и вынуждены работать бесплатно или даже в обмен за возможность увидеться со своими близкими. Все эти преступления совершаются ради прибыли корпораций.
Эта гнусная практика будет полностью прекращена строгим соблюдением 13-й поправки.
Транснациональные корпорации, которые лишь притворяются американцами, к самим американским рабочим относятся с презрением. Даже к полицейским, солдатам, а также служащим местных и федеральных органов и предприятий корпорации относятся с презрением, как к рабам, стремясь поставить их в зависимость от базового дохода, что является вопиющим нарушением 13-й поправки.
10Торговля должна быть экологически чистой и по-настоящему свободной
Торговля может считаться отличной возможностью товарообмена между сообществами по всему миру. Но торговля в том виде, в котором она существует сегодня, наносит ущерб нашей прекрасной экосистеме и людям. Под торговлей понимаются лишь огромные контейнеровозы инвестиционных банков, чадящие жутким дымом, перевозя по морям товары ради прибыли узкого круга лиц, а не блага тех, кто эти товары производит или использует.
Все это однозначно не идет на пользу жителям планеты, и уж тем более не является «интернационализацией», так как, согласно «торговым» планам инвестиционных банков и прочих дельцов, местные отрасли промышленности и сельского хозяйства будут уничтожены, а граждане будут против своей воли поставлены в зависимость от импортируемых товаров. Мы должны вместе полностью переосмыслить процесс торговли и создать такую торговую систему, которая будет учитывать потребности местных сообществ, работать без использования ископаемого топлива и будет доступна всем.
11.В основе нынешнего политического кризиса лежит моральный упадок
Нынешний кризис — это прежде всего кризис духовный. Пока мы были в спячке, наша нация погрузилась в упадок и нарциссизм. Эта болезнь цивилизаций поражает даже лучших из нас. Такие понятия как скромность, бережливость и честность исчезли из нашего словаря. Место невидимого внутреннего мира ценностей и личности, который должен лежать в основе морального сознания граждан, занял спектакль, в котором человеку уготована роль пассивного потребителя безнравственности.
Пока мы не научимся контролировать наши собственные действия и лишь после этого формировать сообщества, которые могут требовать справедливости, пока мы не сможем доверять нашим соседям, откровенно говорить со своими детьми и отстаивать общие ценности, у нас не получится противостоять силам, захватившим нашу страну.
12.Реорганизовать военно-разведывательный комплекс
Отсутствие контроля за вооруженными силами позволяет корпорациям присваивать себе наши налоги, переводя их напрямую на свои банковские счета путем продажи по завышенной цене оружия, которое не подлежит внешней проверке или научным испытаниям.
Нам нужны мужчины и женщины, готовые отдать жизнь за свою страну. К сожалению, эти благородные порывы оказались цинично искажены. Военные и разведывательные подразделения должны быть реорганизованы и нацелены прежде всего на смягчение последствий изменения климата и адаптации к этому явлению, а также на противодействие другим реальным угрозам безопасности, например биофашизму.
Храбрость солдат должна быть направлена на опасную работу по прекращению господства над нашей страной гигантов топливного рынка и их приспешников, а также на преобразование нашей экономики.
Солдаты! Если вы не в состоянии противостоять энергетическим царям, то как вы можете называть себя храбрыми?
Вопреки предупреждению Джорджа Вашингтона об опасностях «связывания нашего мира и процветания», мы с головой погрузились в многочисленные секретные договоры, небрежно именуемые «обменом разведданных» и «сотрудничеством в области безопасности», которые ведут нас к катастрофе, подобной 1914 году. Тогда ужасающий эффект домино был вызван именно такими секретными договорами, втянувшими мир в катастрофическую войну.
Все вы, кто работает по контракту на низкооплачиваемых должностях в АНБ, все, кто вынужден читать наши бесконечные электронные письма или бродить по опасным горным перевалам в Афганистане, все вы, кто вынужден терроризировать простых людей из-за глупостей безнравственных корпораций, слушайте мне! Истинно, говорю тебе: «Пойдем с нами! Тебе нечего терять, кроме своих цепей».
13.Остановить опасное влияние технологий на граждан
Существование СМИ как показательная эволюция технологий, несомненно, является достижением. Однако, в большинстве случаев такие новые технологии лишают нас способности сосредоточиться и умения думать самостоятельно, отбирая необходимую для существования в роли граждан сознательность. Технологии используются таким образом, чтобы поставить нас зависимость от мимолетных удовольствий. Такие электронные инструменты приносят прибыль корпорациям, но самих граждан они делают неспособными понять серьезность кризиса, с которым мы имеем дело.
Мы хотим взаимодействовать с другими людьми, и нам нужны рабочие места, которые позволяют нам это делать. Но все, что нам предлагают, — это голосовые сообщения, кассы самообслуживания и длинные ряды суперкомпьютеров, холодно подсчитывающие прибыль корпораций. Мы совсем одни в цифровой пустыне, и это не случайность, а скорее умышленное преступление.
Прежде чем использовать технологии мы должны досконально проанализировать их влияние на общество. Технологии могут быть чрезвычайно полезны, но только в том случае, если они применяются для решения реальных проблем современности, а не для манипулирования нами.
Нашей целью всегда должно быть научное понимание состояния нашей планеты и общества. Мы смешиваем науку с технологиями на свой страх и риск. Как писал Пол Гудман: «Независимо от того, основаны ли технологии на новых научных исследованиях или нет, они являются отраслью этики, а не науки».
14.Прекратить антиинтеллектуальную деятельность по одурачиванию населения
Наши граждане непрерывно становятся объектами деятельности, поощряющей антиинтеллектуальные настроения и препятствующей глубоким размышлениям о мироустройстве. Такие изменения не свойственны нашей культуре, поскольку вызваны скрытыми силами, стремящимися приручить нас.
Мы должны повысить уровень интеллектуальной вовлеченности во всех уголках нашей страны, побуждая людей думать своей головой и предлагать собственные решения. Для стимулирования этого процесса решающее значение имеют чтение, письмо и дискуссия, а значит, эти виды деятельности должны поощряться.
Граждане никогда не должны полагаться на поверхностное и ограниченное мнение знаменитостей.
Мы не можем допустить, чтобы ядовитый лес рекламных и PR-агентств одурачивал граждан, навязывая пагубный культ эгоизма. Ущерб, который они уже успели нанести, поистине ужасен. Зыбучие пески банальности поглотили все телеканалы, торговые центры и офисы.
В СМИ граждане должны видеть образы, стимулирующие интеллектуальную активность и поддерживающие здоровое общество. Для этого индустрия рекламы и PR должна подчиняться самым строгим правилам. Люди имеют право читать статьи и смотреть передачи, которые описывают нашу реальность с научной точки зрения, а также у них есть право не быть аудиторией программ, сцены которых восхваляют разгульную жизнь богачей.
15.Возродить принцип семи поколений племени ирокезов;
Положить конец культуре роста и потребления
И хотя конституция ирокезов оказала глубокое влияние на Конституцию Соединенных Штатов, наши отцы-основатели, к огромному сожалению, упустили из виду один ее важный пункт, а именно — упор на устойчивое развитие. Традиции ирокезов и других коренных народов ни в коем случае нельзя забывать. Принцип «седьмого поколения» ирокезов обязывает учитывать влияние наших сегодняшних решений на жизнь потомков через семь поколений. Этот научный и рациональный принцип резко контрастирует с иррациональным представлением о том, что океаны, леса и луга являются товарами, которые принадлежат отдельным лицам или корпорациям, и что они могут быть уничтожены ради личной выгоды.
Принцип «седьмого поколения» должен быть закреплен в Конституции в виде поправки, которая послужит основой для полной переоценки наших представлений об экономике и культуре.
Мы должны перестать использовать обманчивые термины вроде «роста» и «потребления» для оценки благосостояния нации. Мы должны учитывать как здоровье всех наших граждан, так и благополучие окружающей среды, в том числе диких животных и растений.
Взаимопомощь необходима для нашего выживания. Если бюджеты лишь стимулируют зависимость от денег, то решать проблемы с их помощью мы не сможем. Для взаимопомощи соседней мы должны создать бартерные системы между гражданами, а также разработать программы взаимной поддержки, благодаря которым семьи и сообщества смогут стать самодостаточными.
Здравоохранение нельзя обеспечить лишь путем движения государственных средств с одного счета на другой. Мы также должны позволить гражданам ухаживать друг за другом, изучать медицину, лечебные травы и соответствующие упражнения, с помощью чего многие болезни можно будет вылечить самостоятельно, не тратя денег вообще.
16.Сельское хозяйство для людей и здоровая и справедливая экономика продовольствия
Быстрое повышение температуры, вызванное глобальным потеплением, спровоцирует экспоненциальный рост стоимости продуктов питания в течение следующего десятилетия и сделает сельское хозяйство наиболее важным видом деятельности для выживания. Мы даже не начали готовиться к этой катастрофе.
Мы должны оставить позади обанкротившуюся систему промышленного земледелия и вернуться к сельскому хозяйству, которым будут заниматься люди и на благо людей. Земля должна быть передана большому количеству граждан для использования в качестве семейных ферм. Здесь нечего оплакивать или осуждать. Земля и вода, что нам даровала наша планета, никогда не были и не будут собственностью корпораций.
Вся система распределения продукции сельского хозяйства должна контролироваться и, следовательно, быть справедливой. Производство продуктов питания без вреда нашей почве и воде гораздо важнее, чем огромная нажива узких круг лиц на экспорте сельскохозяйственной продукции. Американцы должны принять устойчивое органическое сельское хозяйство, причем сделать это немедленно.
17.В Конституции нет упоминаний ни Республиканской, ни Демократической партий
Весь этот цирк с импичментом показал нам, что нынешняя политическая система не имеет ничего общего с Конституцией. Система управления уничтожена, а политика превратилась в потасовку между корпоративными лоббистами, инвестиционными банкирами и служащим богачам телеведущими. В работе СМИ уже давно не осталось и следа журналистской честности, и они лишь подначивают всех этих участников драки, словно пьяная толпа.
Обсуждения, связанные с формированием и реализацией политики, должны открыто проводиться в государственных учреждениях, определенных Конституцией.
Однако сегодня политику определяют корпорации, а обсуждение политических вопросов ведется закулисно внутри неподотчетных политических партий, что явно противоречит Конституции. Не дайте себя обмануть. Ни Демократическая, ни Республиканская партии не упомянуты в Конституции и не представляют абсолютное большинство наших граждан.
Преступно позволять не регламентированным Конституцией партиям решать политические вопросы, и эту практику необходимо прекратить.
Политические партии выступают в качестве подходящей площадки для встреч граждан на местном уровне и обмена идеями. Конституция не предоставляет Демократической и Республиканской партиям права осуществлять руководство или разрабатывать политику. На территории всей страны правом на осуществление власти должны обладать подотчетные государственные органы, при этом вести работу они должны прозрачно и без использования денег корпораций.
18.Отменить масочный режим и вакцинацию
Прикрываясь коррумпированными правительственными чиновниками, фиктивными общественными организациями и безнравственными знаменитостями, сверхбогатые навязывают введение масочного режима и локдауна, чтобы изолировать нас друг от друга и отобрать наше конституционное право на свободу собраний.
Научно доказано, что ношение масок вредит здоровью, а значит, является вопиющим проявлением жестокости. То же самое касается и локдаунов.
С помощью своей доли акций в медиа-гигантах богачи требуют, чтобы новостные сюжеты активно призывали к введению локальных ограничений и вакцинации.
Они подкупили и экспертов, чтобы те выступили за немедленное использование вакцин, разработка которых была освобождена от юридической ответственности и осуществлялась тайно, а сами препараты не были протестированы даже на животных. Эти вакцины содержат модифицированную РНК, которая вызывает серьезные заболевания, такие как рак, болезнь Альцгеймера, болезнь Паркинсона и т.д. На деле это и вовсе не вакцины, а скорее объявление войны людям, пронизанным идеями здоровья, безопасности и защищенности.
Незаконная принудительная вакцинация заставит людей ввести в свой организм химические вещества, список которых был тайно составлен транснациональными корпорациями, а затем одобрен подконтрольными им мировыми и национальными ведомствами. В рамках обсуждения данного вопроса не учитывались ни мнения ученых, ни обычных граждан, что является прямым нарушением конституции.
Под предлогом нынешнего кризиса предпринимаются попытки внедрить постоянное наблюдение, заменить деньги цифровыми валютами, которые контролируются транснациональными банками, а также уничтожить весь малый бизнес. Нашу еду контролируют транснациональные корпорации, нужные нам для лечения лекарства — под контролем фармацевтических компаний, а образование, которое нам нужно для понимания мира, и журналистика, необходимая для того, чтобы держать нас в курсе событий, находятся в руках глобальных инвестиционных банков и мультимиллиардеров.
The Atlantic Council Released a report “Domestic violent extremism and the intelligence challenge” that attributes the so-called “storming of the Capitol Building” on January 6 as a failure of intelligence and that explains why this event (which was clearly was a media show and not a true terrorist attack) serves as a justification for the creation of a Domestic Violent Extremism Unit(DVEAU) under the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) that reports to the Director of National Intelligence. That is to say, that American citizens will be treated like foreign terrorists from now on, and that the government is free to monitor them to whatever degree it sees fit through organizations that are not linked to the local police and are unaccountable. The government, which has become a toy of the super-rich, is free to use whatever force is appropriate against any domestic political criticism.
The author, Mitchell D. Silber, offers us new terms like “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) and “racial or ethnically motivated violence” (REMV). that will justify juicy budgets and will permit the oppression of political opposition intelligence agencies that do not have to work with local police or the judicial branch.
This proposal for unleashing the full fury of the intelligence apparatus on American citizens is not happening in a vacuum. These steps are being taken at precisely the moment that citizens are becoming aware, through the unprecedented deaths and traumatic side-effects, that the COVID19 vaccine regime is an attempt to reduce our citizens to sickly GMOs and that it has nothing to do with concern for their wellbeing.
That is to say that the massive campaign against DVE (“domestic violent extremism”) is unleashed at precisely the moment that the collapse of governance in the United States is becoming apparent to everyone.
