Why is the “left” left out of the truth tellers’ websites?

I have observed something fascinating over and over again when I am taken to websites in my search for truth that provide convincing details about the crimes taking place around the world, and specifically in the United States. The details that these sites provide are more accurate than those found on the liberal, or progressive, sites, even on those of the radical left.

Overall the analysis that these sites present is sound. But, when it comes to the traditional anti-imperialist, anti-colonialist, and anti-fascist traditions, we are informed up front that Marxism is dangerous and bankrupt, that socialism is an unmitigated failure, that Lenin was a paid agent of the Zionist bankers, and that Mao Zedong killed millions to satisfy his perverse need for domination.

The assumption in most cases is that anything from the “communist” tradition, from the socialists, is flawed and dangerous.

But, I ask, even if Lenin and Marx got so much wrong, can’t we still learn from them about how to organize people, how to plan a revolution? That would be, after all, the most scientific response, no? No one gets it all wrong and we should draw on all sources for ideas and inspirations as we go forward to create a great synthesis appropriate to this moment.

But that possibility is excluded from almost all of the conspiracy websites that give such valuable content.

At this point, I smell a rat!

These conspiracy sites are telling us what is wrong, but attributing it to ancient evils festering in the Vatican and smoldering among the Free Masons, to the conspiracies of the Zionist bankers and the evil rites of the devil worshippers.

The conclusion seems to be that there is nothing one can do but pray to Jesus for salvation. Nowhere do these sites help you to link up with others, or put together a platform to organize you into a unit capable of giving and carrying out orders. There is no command system offered and no instructions for how you can build one yourself.

The more I see of these conspiracy websites, the more convinced I am that they want you to dismiss Lenin, Mao and others from the start as “nonstarters” and that they want to make sure that you never, never, never, start reading their books, or figuring out how class, capital and ideology are linked, or learning how to motivate, to organize. and to lead working people in a mass struggle.

No, the protectors, perhaps the funders, maybe even the administrators, of so many of these oracles of truth seem to be under strict orders to make sure that no one figures out how to actually organize and carry out a revolution.

As we struggle to bring Americans together from across the political spectrum, to form substantial and committed institutions that will support the battle for freedom and equality, the struggle against slavery and corporate governance by the billionaires, the Second Amendment of the Constitution, the right to bear arms, keeps coming up as a point of contention, of division, in our discussions.

Although there are real differences of opinion, some based on profound philosophical divergences, the crux of the issue has been intentionally obscured by the corporate powers who have manipulated the public for their own benefit and who block any serious debate about the nature of this amendment to the Constitution from seeing the light of day.

We are drowned in incomplete arguments on all sides about the Second amendment that mislead us and that confuse us.

On the one hand, we have those (largely, but not exclusively, people we call progressives) who point to the horrific levels of gun violence in the United States, and who compare the number of gun deaths in the United States with those in just about any other country, thus demonstrating that the United States has a run-away problem with guns. They then suggest that this problem originates with the Second Amendment which the conservatives have misinterpreted as giving the citizen a carte blanche to possess weapons and to use them.

This side of the debate advocates strict regulations on the possession of guns as Federal policy as the best way to end this nightmare.

On the other hand, we have those, for the most referred to as conservatives, who hold that citizens have the right to bear arms as guaranteed by the Constitution, and who hold that 1) if firearms are made illegal then only criminals will have firearms; 2) arming of the citizens is necessary to resist the tyranny of the government.

Both sides of this argument have been distorted and misused by powerful corporate interests who control the message that is put out in the media and who create needless conflicts and unnecessary misunderstandings as part of their strategy of confusion.

That is no surprise. The corporate sponsors of these defending the right of the citizens to bear arms and of those calling for its restriction have their own agendas.

Part of that agenda is forcing citizens to support either the Republican Party or the Democratic Party in order to move forward. This intentional misdirection of political power towards the whores of the corporations is a big business in itself. But corporations have other reasons for wanting to create this conflict, and to encourage it, as I will detail below.

Let me also tell you how I feel about the Second Amendment. I felt that the unlimited sales of firearms and the culture of guns had created untold tragedy in the United States and that the mindless loyalty of certain Americans to the broad interpretation of the Second Amendment was responsible for this sad state of affairs. I supported gun control measures and also wanted to end of the glorification of gun culture (which I still do).

The growing institutional and political chaos that I witnessed in the United States over the last twenty years, however, which has taken an ominous turn for the worse over the last two years, led me to reconsider the Second Amendment. I came to realize that the steady state of accountable governance in the United States was far from certain and that the tyranny that the founders of the United States feared is now knocking at the door.    

It is necessary to have local militias in place to defend us against a rotten Federal Government possessed by the globalists, the minutemen of our age. The Federal Government that played a vital role in the fight against slavery under Lincoln, in the fight against fascism under Roosevelt, and in the fight against racial discrimination under Truman and Kennedy has vanished and in its place stands a lumbering monster, supported by multinational investment banks, military contractors, real estate speculators, and energy monopolies, a monster that is leading us to our doom.

There are quite a few good people still left in that Federal Government, but the FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and local and state police have been deeply corrupted as the institutions of the United States decayed following the 9.11 incident, COVID19, and other on-going crimes.

Let us read the Second Amendment, and read it carefully. None of those talking heads, branded “progressive” or “conservative,” actually does so.

I am not reading the Second Amendment for you because I assume it is sacred, or because I assume the Constitution is perfect.

Rather, just as was the case in 1860, it is critical in this moment of chaos that we start from our philosophical and moral foundations. The Constitution forms common ground and it defines what is, and what is not, government. Interpreting the Constitution in a manner that addresses the current crisis is the best way to form consensus. It does not mean that we cannot modify the Constitution, or the Second Amendment, in the future.

“A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

Like psalms, so much meaning is compressed in this short phrase.

The emphasis of the passage is not on the right of anyone to own any weapon and shoot it off at will for his or her pleasure. The right of the citizen to “keep and bear,” to own and to employ, arms is protected in that it is related to a larger, more critical, project.

The violence porn, gun worship, and the horrific promotion of violence in the media that has encouraged such broad ownership and use of firearms is not a product of the second amendment. It is a byproduct of the military industrial complex and the cult of war promoted in a decadent empire.

The fortunes made by the gun manufactures who sprinkle money on the National Rifle Association to promote a reckless vision of the American dream are the result of the pursuit of profit at the expense of the citizen.

Let us read that text again.

“A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

The first part is clearly the primary clause that necessitates the right to keep and bear arms mentioned in the second part.

“A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state” resonates for us in this age of chaos.

There are three elements missing in the United States of America today that are mentioned therein. Let us consider each one.

The first is “a well-regulated militia.”  

The current militia, the military, is an unregulated monster that has merged with criminal forces around the world and has devolved into a mercenary power which strives to extract wealth for the rich and powerful through the use of force, and to generate revenue through the sale of weapons, the enforcement of sanctions, and other services for pay.

Such a “militia” is not well regulated; it is suicidal.

The second word is “security.” The current military, industrial, financial, intelligence, medical, trade complex has nothing to do with security for the citizens of our nation. Of course there are groups in the military who are serious about security, who remain loyal to the Constitution and to the people of our nation. But they are not the dominant force.

We need a system for national and regional security that is focused on real security, not threats made up for profit. If we do not have such a system, then the current military is a clear and present danger in that it grants multinational criminal operations access to the full range of weapons, starting with mass psychological manipulation, while the citizens are left unarmed.

The third phrase is “a free state.”

It would be hard to call the current government of the United States, a toy of multinational corporations and billionaires, a “free state.” For that reason alone, addressing the question of who will have the right to bear arms is pressing.

We are looking at a collapsing empire with a military out of control. There is no republic left—although one could be established again.

To promote guns and the culture of guns for profit, either profits for gun manufacturers or for police and private security corporations, is horrible and must be stopped.

On the other hand, to leave the citizens unarmed if they face a predatory Federal government is also unacceptable.

The stress in the second amendment falls on keeping the military accountable to the people, and not on the sale of weapons to citizens for profit.

Thus, our primary concern must be with getting back to a democratic, participatory, and transparent system for security that includes the citizens and that assures that a tyranny cannot emerge from the military or from the police, one taken over by private interests, one that uses the state’s weapons to oppress the citizens of the nation, the citizens with whom sovereignty rests.

The answer is to end the mercenary military.

We should not be so naïve as to think that eternal peace is possible. Militias and police are necessary. But standing armies that are not composed of the citizens doing their service, but of men and women who are paid to fight, forced to fight to survive economically, who report to generals who then report to corporate CEOs, such armies are threat to us all.

We must create an accountable military that is linked to us, the citizens, at the local level. If the government is to exercise deadly force, then citizens must know what those weapons are and how they are used.

If deadly force is used, it should be used by trained citizens who are trusted by their neighbors, and not by strangers who are distant from us.

But what if there is a war? You ask.

First, note that the United States is full of weapons at every level that are held in a non-transparent manner by government agencies whose actions are classified so as to make them unaccountable.

That unaccountable military and police are already at war with us.

The next war may not be like the wars we prepared for. It may be a world war, or a civil war, or something hybrid, a matching of likes with likes around the world.

That could mean that you, the citizen, must be armed and ready to defend yourself.

I think that it was such a crisis that the founding fathers imagined back then. They did not adhere to the cult of guns, the sick culture that surrounds weapons today. But they knew that no political system will be stable forever and it is a mistake to have the state in control of all forms of deadly force.

It is also clear that many of the efforts to promote gun control in recent days are fundamentally different from what came before.

Today much of gun control legislation is not about reducing the deaths from gun violence, but rather about extending the authority of the Federal government to do whatever it pleases to citizens without accountability. I watched, sadly, this shift over the last twenty years.

We need to simultaneously combat the sick culture of guns and to reduce the number of guns on the street while at the same time raising the understanding of weapons on the part of citizens, and creating a military that is participatory and that is run by citizens, one committed to the long-term interests of our nation. We need citizens who can handle weapons and who can participate in the local militia while condemning the cult of guns, while being committed to peace.

There will be no room for military contractors, for investment banks, or for the promoters of the cult of guns in such a vision for our country.

The decision of the Russian Federation to annex the Dombas region of the Ukraine, combined with the decision of the Ukraine to apply for membership in NATO, and for elements in the United Nations and other intergovernmental organizations to support this haphazard, dangerous and thoughtless action, has brought us to the edge of nuclear war, or at least that it’s the impression we are given.

We will not know the true story for decades. And although we are being fed multiple false, or incomplete, narratives, it is entirely possible that the globalists intend to use the threat of nuclear war as a means to enforce a new form of totalitarian governance everywhere that goes far beyond the COVID19 reign of terror. 

They may be cooperating with those who are branded as nationalists, or branded anti-globalists, cardboard messiahs like Trump or Putin, all working together to create a world on the edge, a world where anything goes.

Whatever performance the globalists and nationalists may put on to frighten us, the corporations and militaries around the world are playing footsie with each other: enemies at one level, silent partners at another.

They all know that once Russia and NATO move to a war economy, and a war command structure, the United States, and most every nation, will be drawn in and everything will be shut down.

At the same, Putin and Biden may be playing a game, and maybe their friends at the World Economic Forum told them that everything is under control. But once the military command system is put into play, it works like clockwork. Nuclear war may come in a few hours, even if the masterminds never intended it.

It may be a matter of days, weeks or months, but the system for governance, logistics, transportation, food and energy supplies, information (journalism) and education, medical treatment, even housing and clothing, will break down.    

The last seventy years of easy living, of dependency on a money economy, of reliance on the Federal government and multinational corporations, has left most of us without the ability to produce food, clothing, furniture, or much of anything at all, on our own.

The current collapse, with or without world war, will be far worse than the fall of the Soviet Union.

Trust no one, but start to build relations of profound trust. Start with your family, extend a hand to your neighbors, and reach out bravely to like-minded people across the nation.

First and foremost, we must abandon all the false narratives about cardboard messiahs saving us that the corporate media has planted in our heads—and much of the alternative media that we rely on is also, ultimately, corporate.

We must rebuild the government from ground up. It is so corrupt, so broken, so contradictory, and so suicidal that in its present form it cannot lead us anywhere but towards the grave.

Putting a nice guy at the top, even if that were possible, will not stop this death march.

The only option is to create a legitimate government from the bottom up; we must start from your family members, from your neighbors, from your local government and only then work our way up. Once we control our own minds, our own families, and we are able to make our own decisions without being fed the mind-numbing trash, flavored conservative or progressive, called news, then we can build a real government, a real economy, and a real culture that grows from the people, and that has nothing to do with supercomputers or multinational investment banks.  

This directive is meant to instruct you as to what you need to do now in coordination with the US Provisional Government so as to prepare for the initial shock and awe.

This directive is meant to start the process of organizing, beginning with your family, to create sustainable local communities that can supply food, water, housing, and other necessities in the face of systemic breakdown.

We will not be able to assist you during the initial stage; we can only offer directives. However, that approach is preferable as self-sufficiency is the only manner in which we can restore legitimate governance.

We will need entirely new systems that are run in a transparent manner by the people—with no global capital involved, for food production, water supply, energy supply, distribution, information and education, and housing.

Remember, there will not be a real government until you and your neighbors build one with your own hands. That “government” that you see out there today has become a criminal syndicate; it is not a government any more.

We have been offered a false choice by the bankers. They say we most chose between the government and the private sector. That false choice is the same in Washington and Paris, in Berlin and Moscow, in Tokyo and Beijing. That “private sector” means global capital, the banks and corporations, that run this broken system.

That is to say that the private sector is the same as the government but worse. The private sector is run by the rich in a totalitarian manner for their own benefit.

Rebuilding government means making it clear that the relationship must be between the government and the people, the community, to which the government is ultimately responsible.

What will happen next

A partial shutdown of the economy and of the functions of government, civil society and business is already in effect. That is only the beginning. Plans are in place for a complete shutdown, perhaps using the threat of nuclear war, or some other catastrophe, as an excuse to push through martial law, to isolate the citizens, to allow corporations to completely control all means of finance, production, distribution and sales, and to create complete dependency on government and on multinational corporations for the basics of life.  

Basic principles

Attitude is essential. We must be spiritually and psychologically strong and we must overcome fear, irrational fear of the unknown. They will use hyped-up fear, terror, as the tool to control us—as they already have done with numerous fake school shootings, contrived racial attacks, and other incidents intended to convince us that the enemy is our neighbor who has different habits, and not the rich who wish to destroy us all. Divide, rule, and destroy is not just a strategy, it is now the only strategy.

We must quickly establish a healthy culture, which means overcoming the negative popular culture forced on us by the corporations, notably, the cult of the self, narcissism, the throw-away culture of consumption and waste, and the trap of emotional manipulation through gender and ethnic branding that is meant to destroy our personal autonomy.   

That means a return to real values, real love, real family, and real responsibility to the community. It means moving away from the individual as the focus and embracing values like frugality and honesty.

We must look out for our families first as we prepare for a total systemic collapse. At the same time, we must have a strong sense of community so that we are ready to help each other, and to take risks for each other, when the situation demands it.

If we try to just save ourselves, we will not survive.

We need to identify who has what skills in our neighborhood, and what his or her role will be when the system breaks down.

Who has skills as a farmer, a doctor, a negotiator, a teacher, an organizer, a carpenter, a moral leader, etc.? Money is not the important factor in making these plans because money can very quickly have little value if the authority of public institutions dissolves, or if banks are shut down.

Having money in cash may be valuable, but it may be even better to buy things necessary for survival. Do so in coordination with others so we do not duplicate everything.

There should be two parts of our response which must undertaken simultaneously. First there must be an immediate response to the shutdown: stockpiling food and supplies, purchasing tools and objects with real value, and forming plans with friends and neighbors for how we can pool resources, reduce waste, change habits, and form a community quickly.

Second, we need a long-term program for sustainable agriculture, creating local manufacturing, and forming communities that are self-sufficient, communities wherein the means of production, distribution and consumption are controlled by the people in a democratic manner, much in the sense envisioned in the United States at the time of the signing of the Constitution. When everything else collapses, those local groups will become everything.

Self-sufficiency over months and years will require a major shift in our thinking about ourselves and our community. They will take time and careful planning. That part is not simply about surviving on food you have hoarded. Hoarding in itself will not protect you if everyone is a hoarder. We need a community.  

The biggest challenge will be talking with your family about the crisis honestly and making a plan together. If you can do that, you are already halfway to the solution.

Next, snap out of denial! Overcome your shyness and start to discuss these matters seriously with your neighbors. The culture fed to us by television and movies encourages in us an obsession with personal needs and discourages the building a community. This poisonous culture must be exposed and driven out.

What you need to know:

The SAT test never asks you how to make water potable, how to create your own compost for your garden, which local plants are edible, or how to raise chickens. That is no accident. The multinational corporations want you to be dependent on what they supply and lacking in self-sufficiency. They are counting on this crash to bring you to your knees.

There are various manuals that can be bought, or downloaded, that can teach you how to compost, to farm, to raise animals, to purify water, to build your own home or furniture, to sew clothes, etc. Get these materials and study them. See how you can reduce your expenses through self-sufficiency rather than scrambling to get more money.

Money may disappear, or it may be reduced to digital currencies that can be cancelled, or made conditional, at any time. Barter and trust are critical to create economies that are not dependent on money. Eventually we can establish our own revolutionary currency based on real value.

We have been suckered into dependency on fossil fuels that are destructive to the environment through a long process over one hundred years. Reducing the use of energy, unnecessary travel, and other wasteful behavior can be transformative. Sharing resources, and working to create water mills, install good old fashioned wind mills, set up solar energy (and the best form of solar energy is using the sun to grow plants we eat), and manual labor will make us stronger and more independent.

That means learning new skills—actually old skills—and it means rejecting the growth cult. Build houses that will last for a hundred years, weave pants that will last for fifty years, and you will find that we do not need that much, that we are free for the first time. Teach yourself and your children to read, and to talk about the deep truths in the great books, and you will be liberated.

We must create our own logistics and distribution systems that are independent of the current import, logistics, distribution, sales monopoly run by multinational corporations. Breaking the control of global finance on what we buy is critical for survival.

We need to create our own networks to get out reliable news and analysis to family, friends, and neighbors. If necessary it can be done by word of mouth, printed documents, even hand-written notes. In some cases, the internet can be an effective medium, but increasingly the Internet is not our friend and if there is no electricity, there will be no Internet.

We need to teach our own children, and our neighbors’ children, and to teach ourselves, through a new educational system that is based in science and in ethical principles that go beyond the culture of narcissism.  

Local governance based on the Constitution, and the great moral teachings of the past, one that involves citizens gathering to resolve difficult issues through meaningful debate and transparent policy proposals, will be critical.

We must deal with difficult questions like ownership. Obviously the land bought up by multinational corporations with fake money does not belong to them. But we must have a consistent policy concerning how that land is owned and administered, how it is farmed and how the food produced is shared. The banks and corporations clearly do not have any legitimate claim of ownership but we must set up logical and just definitions of what possession means to avoid chaos.

That process will require us to face the massive class conflicts that haunt our country, conflicts between us, conflicts and contradictions that have been covered over with identity politics by the left and with the hyping issues like illegal immigration by the right.

The problem of security

The fake declaration that a nuclear war has started may be accompanied by the use of 5G, or robots and drones, to attack citizens. These are real threats from within and we must be prepared.

The dangers of a shock and awe attack meant to completely demoralize and confuse us are high—but every one of these threats can be responded to if we are level headed, organized and committed to the cause.

It is a sad fact of history that we are always preparing to fight the last war. This next war will play out according to unfamiliar rules. The principles of war, however, are unchanging.

Safety first! But it is a mistake to start swinging your sword if you do not know who your enemy is.

Our enemies have gone to great length to cover their tracks, to hide behind those cardboard messiahs.

Let us start with our food, our water, our soil, and our air.

We will need to establish our own systems to assess the quality of air, of soil, of food, and of water, without relying on corporate or government controlled organizations. We must defend the quality of air and water because they are essential to life and they are under attack.

At the beginning, we cannot shoot down the planes engaged in geoengineering; we cannot stop low-orbit military satellites.

Yet, do not despair!

If we build up our network from the bottom up, one based on mutual support and mutual respect, eventually we will be able to reach to the heavens.  

We must take down all the 5G towers that are used to assault our bodies, and our minds, using electromagnetic radiation. As those 5G networks are supposedly private property owned by Verizon, ATT, or others, this operation requires preparation. We need to explain to citizens, and to anyone who asks, or who challenges us, why the money used to build those towers was fake and why the organizations running 5G networks are criminal syndicates working to destroy us.

Such arguments will be difficult at first, but I have complete confidence that as things get worse, those arguments will eventually carry the day. Go forth with confidence.

Attacks by drones and robots are also entirely possible, especially if martial law is declared in response to a nuclear war, real or fabricated. There are ways to defend ourselves against these weapons, and to dismantle them. The first step is to talk with each other honestly and to start brainstorming.

The military, the intelligence community, and the police

It is a sad fact that the collapse of our civilization, and the profound corruption that has spread through all parts of the body politic, have rendered the organizations that are supposed to be concerned with safety and security as criminal syndicates that use their authority and supposed legitimacy to push through projects that benefit the few by destroying us.

Many an honest military officer, or police officer, has been destroyed in secret by the globalists, or forced to do terrible things in response to horrible threats.

The situation seems overwhelming, but it is far from hopeless. We have faced such challenges before in human history and once a serious discussion starts outside of banal consumer culture, real leaders with real solutions will emerge.

We have complete faith that a way forward will become manifest once we know the truth and that truth sets us free.

If you are a member of the police, of the military, or of intelligence, a man or woman who has a conscience, who cares about the Constitution and the rule of law, who is concerned about whether your children will survive, please allow me to make a suggestion.

Look around and see if you can identify others who have similar concerns. See if you can form a space in which you can speak with colleagues honestly, and assess what is going on accurately, a space wherein you can discuss what needs to be done. If you can create such a space, you have made tremendous progress.

Do not be concerned about whether it is two people, or a hundred people. Numbers are not important at this moment.

If you must take action that seems ineffective, do not be discouraged. Every single act of resistance, every effort to dismantle the rule of our nation by global capital, makes a real difference, even if it is not immediately visible.

Your historic contributions may not be recognized for decades. That is how history works. Those seeking immediate fame and glory are not to be trusted.

We must work for the country, for our children, but also for the children of others.

Your training in security matters is not so valuable in a government run by billionaires. You are slated for destruction sooner or later. There can be no doubt about that.

But among the citizens, your understanding could be a matter of life and death. You are desperately needed by the nation.

Finally, the United States of America is founded on the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. If the government rejects that contract between the people and the institutions empowered to use force, to effect the economy, then it is no longer a “government” but rather a criminal syndicate. If we are loyal to the people, follow the word and the spirit of the Constitution, are ethical in accord with natural law, we are the government, even if we are but a handful of people.

Our influence will expand exponentially as the crisis enters the next stage.

Back to the citizens of our nation.

They will not come from Harvard or Google. They may come from humble backgrounds, but they will be remarkable in every sense. What happens to me is totally, totally unimportant.

The United States Provisional Government is not here to offer you a service. That undemocratic concept of government as a service was promoted by corporations as a means of enslaving us.

We are here to help you organize into a community that will serve the role of governance from the ground up. The age of dependency on the Federal Government and on multinational corporations is over.

I have taking the risky step of referring to the speech of Charles Coughlin in my recent writings. Coughlin was the most trenchant critic of President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s New Deal, after he had come out as an early supporter. Although Coughlin’s later writings are problematic, and at some points disturbing, it is not accurate to say he was simply an American fascist. I suspect there is an agenda behind that argument as well.

That someone like myself with Jewish ancestry who sees great value in the Jewish tradition, would see value in Coughlin also suggests that dismissing him as rabid anti-Semite is overly simplistic, even destructive  

Coughlin speech, “Americanism, Neither Nazism Nor Communism” (1939) is most certainly not a model for us, but it does suggest an effort to address the problems of global finance that Roosevelt was afraid to take on.

I would like to read for you a slightly shortened version of Coughlin’s speech of 1934, “Money is no Mystery,” a speech that inspired my series of speeches on the topic of money and led me to the conclusion that we cannot simply go back to the New Deal to find solutions to today’s crisis because the shortcomings of the New Deal in addressing the axis of global finance that ties New York together with London are the very source of today’s financial, social, and civilizational collapse.

As a product myself of Harvard and Yale, I want to make sure that it is perfectly clear that I represent the Franklin D. Roosevelt who held up the responsibility of the intellectual, of those who have privileged backgrounds, to serve the people, but that I cannot endorse his refusal to give up his ties to the bankers and industrialists of Wall Street which undermined the true potential of the New Deal. I hope I can be a true traitor to my class and offer a true “New Deal” to all Americans, to all citizens of the Earth.

Unlike Roosevelt, I was ready to be dismissed from my job, to be driven out of Washington D.C., and to be impoverished for my critiques of the deep corruption within my country.

Unlike Roosevelt, I was ready to lose all my ties to colleagues at Yale and Harvard if that was what it took to fight for true social justice. When push comes to shove, I stand with you, not with the bankers and billionaires. I am not interested in any backroom deals to protect myself from their wrath.

We, in America, have one choice, namely, to construct a new system founded upon social justice. Still, withal, those who prospered most and produced least under the old system are battling fiercely to maintain their privileges and their functions of legislation.

Certainly, during this coming year and the years immediately following, we will witness the total dissolution of modern capitalism. It is advisedly that I use the adjective “modern,” because capitalism, as we knew it in the past twenty or thirty years, differs substantially from the capitalism which was originally conceived. Today it is more renowned for its vices than for its virtues.

Those who are fighting so relentlessly to preserve its poverty-breeding corpse refuse to face the pressing problem of squaring production with distribution. They are those who, during the coming years, will continue to oppose the restoration to Congress of its right to coin and regulate the value of money.

They still believe that the debts of the farmer, of the merchant, of the municipality, of the state which were incurred through the operation of an insane credit inflation, of manufactured bookkeeping money, should be paid back to them in honest currency which does not exist.

That we will refuse to suffer this financial domination any longer is certain. This form of capitalism, now a corpse, demands at least, an honorable burial.

As for modern democracy it has degenerated into a system whereby two political parties, under the leadership of the bankers and the banker-controlled industrialists, so manipulate conventions and elections and so control, either directly or indirectly, the majesty of the state that there is too little democracy and too much plutocracy.

Against all these systems – unspeakable communism, philosophic socialism, dictatorial Fascism, decadent capitalism, controlled democracy and modern plutocracy – there stands an economic system known as social justice. Seeking no compromise, enticing no man by vain promises, it writes down a platform for today, with principles of truth, of justice, of humanity as the Jews of old had them in their codes, as Jesus taught them on the Mount: Justice to the laborer, justice to the farmer, justice to the property owner, justice to all!

Social justice regards man and his family, not as chattel of the state, but regards the state as the servant of its citizens.

Finally, the philosophy of social justice teaches us that the earth is to be apportioned for our maintenance, according to our merits, in such a manner that he who gains ownership of any property cannot use that property contrary to the common good.

This program of social justice does not militate against the Constitution of the United States in any degree. It does, however, oppose the misinterpretation given to that Constitution by the international bankers who have written laws for their own selfish purposes.

At times our bankers extended credit until it became an inflated balloon that could do nothing else but burst. And at all times, with only their billion dollars of real currency on deposit, they loaned this extra twenty or thirty or forty billions of dollars of stage money, of fiction money, at five or six or seven per cent, making a billion dollars in profit even in a poor year.

Bankers, as a class, have proven themselves greedy. They can no more escape that qualification than can a tiger escape being called vicious. Their very nature demands that they be greedy.

Now it is very well for the banker to start his printing press. But at the moment a student of banking and of monetary reform brings the facts to his attention, the banker and his kept press yells out, “Stop, thief!” 

The printing press money is the banker’s money. It is his currency. He owns this prerogative. That is why the Baruchs, the Warburgs, the Morgans, and the Mellons, the Federal Reserve bankers and every white-carnation-bedecked banker in America sees red if the bankers’ racket is interfered with.

That is why they scamper up the steps of the White House, and into the cloakrooms of Congress, if anyone dares suggest that the sovereign people of the United States recapture their power over money which originally was placed squarely in the hands of Congress by the Constitution.

A banker is not a producer. He is a leech who lives upon the artistry, the labor, and the scientific development of others. He is in business with his prerogative of manufacturing money through an act of Congress and through the grace of a printing press and fountain pen. His business is eventually to get that which he did not create.

Do you wonder, then, that depressions have been decreed by bankers?

What matters it to them if fifteen million men be idle, if factories close, if commerce freezes, if dire and abject poverty be the lot of the multitude in this land of plenty! Their racket must continue – a sordid, vicious racket that poisons the very life blood of the nation.

What if there is less banking business to be done in the days of depression – they care not! Because, aside from the ordinary loans which they make to ordinary citizens, they still continue to make money on the interest-bearing government bonds which they possess. At least $20-billion of these bonds are in the bankers’ vaults.

And many of those bonds where were issued by the government to dress the boys of 1916 in khaki, to pump murder into their hearts, to feed them hardtack, and to prepare them to become fodder on the battlefields of France.

Bloody bonds which were used for destructive purposes! Criminal bonds which they expect you and me to redeem for the privilege of their having made a slaughter house of this world!

What care they for depressions as long as these bloody bonds continue to drip their malignant poison upon the prosperity of a misunderstanding people!

We are subject to panics, to man-made panics, the greatest of all occurring after the establishment of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking system which, in the preamble of its charter, practically guaranteed this nation freedom from panics.

They made their runs on the people and captured the real wealth of the nation!

Shall we permit this system to continue, this system of private banking which creates depressions and cashes in on bloody bonds?

The United States Provisional Government commemorates the 4th of July, 2021, by paying tribute to the Founding Fathers who declared independence from the British Empire, signing the American Declaration of Independence on this day in 1776.

“We honor the 4th of July, not with fireworks and hotdogs, or other signifiers of a degraded and decadent consumer culture, one that renders us slaves, not freemen, through the passive attitude it encourages, but rather we honor this day by reviving the original spirit of that declaration in 1776.

We hereby declare that the United States, and the citizens of our precious Earth, are from today forward, independent from the dark forces of techno-tyranny, bio-fascism, and private equity totalitarian rule that have created an invisible empire whose dark armies hide behind news reports of “COVID19 outbreaks,” “building collapses,” “domestic terrorism,” and other sophisticated cloaks meant to divide and to confuse our citizens.

God give us the wisdom that will allow us to respond to the ruthless war on our minds, on our bodies, on our local economies, and on our environment, a war waged by faceless forces behind the curtains, by puppet masters who skillfully use conservative or progressive rhetoric as they see fit.

If we learned anything from the tales of Noah, Abraham, and Moses about how to lead our people out of overwhelming danger, out of slavery and destruction, we have learned that evil is not like the monsters in horror movies. You cannot spot evil if you look for fangs and horns. No! Evil is by its nature transparent, constantly shifting form, and overwhelmingly seductive to the spiritually blind.

We declare our independence from this global evil empire of technology and consumption, of private equity and military contractors, of pornography, GMOs and processed foods, that is determined to seize control of our minds, and of our bodies, by any means possible.

Our founding fathers declared,

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

We will provide precisely the “new guards” for the future security of our children, and our grandchildren. We do so through the formal establishment of a provisional government of the United States to oversee the rebuilding of the Republic and the rebuilding of a constitutional democracy in our beloved nation.

We follow in the footsteps of the leader of the anti-slavery movement Frederick Douglass as we fight this new war against global slavery. 

Douglass declared,

“This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both moral and physical, but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will. Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them, and these will continue till they are resisted with either words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress.”

Douglass, born a slave, had the creativity and the mindfulness to avoid throwing the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution in the trash just because some of its signers, and authors, practiced slavery.

Douglass argued, correctly, that the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, avoid mentioning slavery and hold up a higher ideal than its signers were capable of. He showed tremendous respect for the writings of Thomas Jefferson on freedom and liberty, because Frederick Douglass, an as adult, was entirely capable of separating the weaknesses of Jefferson the man from the insights of Jefferson the intellectual.

Our declaration of independence draws inspiration from both that original Declaration of Independence of 1776, and from the declarations of independence for slaves made in various forms between John Brown’s Provisional Constitution of May 10, 1858 and the passing of the 13th Amendment on January 31, 1865.

Our revolutionary war today carries on the best of those traditions as we strive to make America great for the first time.”

The response to the COVID19 crisis in the Republic of Korea cannot be separated from the larger crisis around the world and our efforts at home must be linked with other demands for the truth, for the restoration of the rule of law and for compensation and punishment, around the world.

The superrich who planned this destruction of the Korean economy want us to blame specific Korean politicians, to blame the Chinese Communist Party, or the American CIA, the left or the right. Although all have are responsible at some level, if we are not talking about the multibillionaires who planned this, men like Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Warren Buffett and Jeff Bezos, then we are missing the point.

It is popular for conservatives to call President Moon a puppet of the Chinese Communist Party. Although it is true that Moon has not hesitated to take money from dangerous global funds located in China, associating him with the Chinese Communist Party is an intentional ploy by the superrich to mislead us. Some of the billionaires who are trying to destroy us are in the Chinese Communist Party, but the CCP does not have any say over this globalist take over—if anything, it too is being reduced to a shell. Moreover, Moon Jaein was installed as president primarily as a result of an operation led by powerful finance people in the US and the West, not in China. President Park Geun-hye had to be toppled undemocratically because she tried to engage China and Russia in a serious discussion about cooperation on security issues and some Washington could not tolerate that step. Many of the corruption charges brought up were real, but not necessary worse than the corruption of numerous politicians of all parties.

In the case of COVID19, the collaboration in a blatant criminal conspiracy by government officials, who knew it was a conspiracy from the start, was so great that if we followed the Korean Constitution and the law, all members of the National Assembly, the Blue House and in the Central government, as well as many in local government and in businesses, would be forced to resign and to face jail time for their participation in this scheme.

It is the scale of the criminality which makes the resolution of the crisis so difficulty. It is not that we are afraid to imprison all involved in this criminal conspiracy, but rather that we must find a manner of administering the country during this institutional crisis. Of course, for all the risks of losing institutional understanding of those who must resign, there will be benefits of getting new administrators who have no ties, or obligations to international finance or multinational corporations.

First, all the heads of ministries and all the members of the National Assembly must resign their positions.

We will then launch a national and international investigation of the entire process by which operation COVID19 was planned and illegally implemented starting in December, 2019 through July 1, 2021 (the first day of prosecutions).

All classified documents related to this criminal effort must be declassified immediately.  Any “intelligence sharing agreements” with the United States, Israel, Japan or other nations are not relevant in light of the illegal and unconstitutional nature of this crime. All materials must be made public.

We will expand the existing COVID 19 Investigation Commission into a truly international association that includes experts of the highest ethical standards from around the world and is empowered to request and receive all materials is requested. The rich and powerful who planned this conspiracy will not be permitted to hide behind corrupt officials. All documentation linking the interests of the rich to this operation held by the NIS, CIA or other organization must be released.

A series of public trials based on the materials released will take place from September, 2021 for all of those responsible for the COVID19 fraud in Korea (both Koreans and non-Koreans). The trials will be overseen by a special commission, an expansion of the COVID19 Investigation Commission, and will be created so as to assure maximum accuracy and objectivity, and to set a new paradigm for propriety and administration that will be critical for the rebuilding of the government on the basis of Korea’s moral governance tradition.

Those in positions of wealth and power who promoted this narrative will play no role in the trial.

The fraudulent for-profit media that repeated the lies concerning this matter for over a year must be shut down and a new journalism system based on citizen’s journalism supported publicly for the public good must be established. This new journalism must be in place before the trials begin so that citizens are entitled to accurate information. A new system for journalism that is focused on the scientific analysis of the world, and the needs of ordinary citizens, is a higher priority than the trials because as long as citizens are deprived of honest journalism, they cannot understand who conspires to injure them.

It is critical to start with a description of how Korea has been governed since January, 2020 so that we are not misled into going after specific figureheads and the miss the true structure of governance, the actual chain of command, that was employed for enforcement of 1) the criminal demand for quarantine to keep citizens from travelling or interacting with those overseas and limit their ability to write by mail; 2) the demand for social distancing using fine and threats that closed down small businesses in an attempt to destroy the local economy in favor of multinational corporations owned by the superrich; 3) the unwarranted and illegal demand of QR codes and demands for the tracing of all individuals who have interacted with those accused of having COVID19 as a means to establish unaccountable programs for surveillance not controlled by any government agency; 4) the fabrication of numbers for those suffering from COVID19 in secret as a means of giving unlimited authority to secret government by multinational corporations hiding behind “National Intelligence Service; 5) the unwarranted demand that all citizens wear masks through an intentional and transparent misinterpretation of 질병예방법 for which no open discussion was allowed, for which there was not authorization through the proper legal channels; 6) the promotion of “vaccines” developed by multinational corporations which are not intended to cure anyone; 7) the destruction scientific research and medical treatment through the enforcement of this artificially created disease which has ended the ability for scientific experts and medical professionals to act on the basis of scientific fact or their ethical judgment.

These actions were undertaken by the Korean government, by private contractors pretending to be the Korean government, and by Korean corporations on the basis of order and plans that were imported into Korea in contravention of international and national law and then implemented in secret by Koreans and non-Koreans. We do not know the exact details, but we can give a general description of the likely mode of operation and suggest how we will go about identifying, and then prosecuting, the guilty.

A group of multi-billionaires, and their consultants, decided in January of 2020 to implement a plan (already prepared in advance) to use a hyped up pandemic as a means to destroy the economic foundations for the vast majority of humans, to enforce the mask mandate as a means of inducing a passive and subservient attitude so as to avoid resistance, to use the commercial media to create a superficial culture of distraction and self-indulgence so as to keep people from focusing, and to enforce a vaccine regime (at first voluntary but increasingly mandatory) as a means to set a precedent for corporations, posing as government, to gain the right to inject any dangerous chemicals that they wished to into citizens with the backing of the coordinated corporate media and paid-for politicians.

The Korean government’s actions were not fundamentally different than that of other nations, but there are some unique characteristics. First, a series of secret and top secret orders issued by the NIS and Ministry of Defense forced complete silence in the media concerning the serious contradictions in this COVID19 pandemic and blocked all reporting on alternative narratives, including orders to NIS and police to delete all postings that revealed the truth about the COVID19 campaign. The decision-making authority was taken away from most government officials, and politicians, in this process and transferred to intelligence agencies and the Ministry of Defense. Much of the determination of policy was made under cover of classification regimes by intelligence and military officers so there was no longer accountability and the Constitution ceased to function..

It would be wrong, however, to assume that decisions about this COVID19 fraud were made by Korean intelligence agents and military officers. In fact, part of the plan is to get Koreans to blame Koreans and not to be aware of the degree of interference by international financial interests.

Making the operation classified was a means of blocking out from the news the reality of Korea’s political transformation.  

In fact, the policies introduced into Korea were developed overseas for the most part by the consultants serving of billionaires, or by corporate consulting firms. The policies were intended to end any ability of Koreans to play a role in their national policies. There were Koreans involved in the formulation of policy of course, but little of the policy was Korean in origin.

The process could not possibly have been pulled off without the consent and agreement of massive numbers of professionals, doctors, lawyers, professors, researchers and journalists who should have known better, but decided, in a cowardly and dishonest manner, to play stupid concerning this operation. The failure of so many educated Koreans to feel a moral obligation for action suggests a deep spiritual crisis, a cultural decadence that enabled this conspiracy to proceed unchecked. That fact, however, does not excuse those involved.

Policies were determined in secret by representatives of the superrich and the multinational investment banks that represent them. The number involved in that decision-making process was quite small. The orders were given out to government, the media and corporations through intelligence operators (in most cases not actually government employees of the United States, Israel, France, Germany, Russia, etc., but rather those working as mercenaries for private intelligence contractors). These groups swarmed into Korea, set up their secret offices and they proceeded to use massive bribes, and threats (including actual killings), to shut down the entire system of governance in Korea. Much of the policy making process in Korea, especially regarding quarantine, social distancing (closing stores, or neighborhoods, dictating how business is conducted), medical treatment, public announcements, and educational policy, has taken over by these groups who dictate critical policy to government officials.

The Department of Health 질병관리청 was the most extreme case. We do not know the full details yet, but most likely it was entirely hijacked by foreign entities in much the manner as the New York Police Department was before the 9.11 incident. 질병관리청 ceased to be a part of the Korean government, but it was authorized to order other branches of government to make policy on the basis of its orders.

Within the Department of Health, orders for policies came from consultants representing the super-rich (sometimes directly, sometimes through organizations like Gates Foundation, Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Oracle, OpenAI or other entities). US, Israeli, or other Intelligence agencies (or private intelligence firms) presented these orders to Korean intelligence who were not informed as to the original source.  

Within Korea, the orders were all classified as top secret and it is a crime to reveal how the decisions on policy are actually made. Officially the NIS has seized control of a large part of the decision making process in many major government agencies. That again is a means of hiding the degree of foreign interference and allowing for punishment according to Korean law which cannot be covered in the media.

In many cases, the posting of COVID19 warning signs, the issuance of warnings to shop owners about social distancing, were carried out by private contractors that claimed to be a government agencies, but were in fact imposters. These contractors carried out policies that government officials and the employees of corporations did not want to be involved in.

These groups of intelligence agents and consultants also played a similar role in making up policy that was fed to the National assembly, and giving orders for policy for the central government. There was no longer a space for a debate on policy and many government officials found themselves with no work to do.

Our response:

The first step will be to overturn all classification markers of secret and top secret that were assigned illegally to stop the discussion of this process and to make the full story accessible to the public..

ON the basis of the true and complete story, and not some fraudulent effort to blame everything on Moon Jaein, or the Chinese Communist Party, we will set up a temporary government to run the country until such time as those in positions of authority during this crime are dismissed from office and tried as part of a series of criminal trials.

Administration of the country will go to a temporary 임시행정위원회  made up of intellectuals of the highest integrity who will work together with the 개헌위원회

Heads of registered political parties who refuse to recognize this criminal conspiracy, who refuse to support the investigation intothe assassiations, who refuse to examine how policy decision making has been taken over by multinational corporations, are thereby coconspirators and are asked, politely, to resign from their position at once. Korea is not anywhere ready for ameaningful election, hundreds, thousands, of corporate executives, politicians, military officers, bureaucrats and independently wealthy individuals will have to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law first.

We demand that any politician who fails to endorse this proposal must resign from office immediately and face criminal persecution.

An unavoidable response to the current crisis of governance

The mainstream media in the United States is now controlled by the super-rich through a web of holding companies and privatize intelligence firms dedicated to domestic propaganda. The news, once meant to inform citizens in accord with the Constitution, now keeps repeating, hypnotically, that America is returning to normal under the Biden administration. Yet, it is clear to the most casual observer that hidden forces are implementing an unprecedented totalitarian governance at all levels in the United States, and globally.

Before the opinions of presidents and Harvard professors, before the insights of intelligence and military experts, before the comments of billionaires and technology kings, the authority of the first amendment of the Constitution is paramount.

“Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Congress has passed laws, and passed secret laws, that abridge freedom of speech, crush freedom of the press, prohibit peaceful assembly, and that end the right to petition the government. The executive and the judicial have conspired to enact, and to maintain, criminal administrative structures. More importantly, the rich and powerful are planning to enact even more repressive criminal administrative structures in the near future.

The Atlantic Council released a chilling report entitled “Domestic violent extremism and the intelligence challenge” that describes the January “storming of the Capitol Building” by clowns and buffoons as a “failure of intelligence” and demands the creation of a Domestic Violent Extremism Unit (DVEAU) under the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) that reports to the Director of National Intelligence.

The author, Mitchell D. Silber, offers us terrifying new terms like “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) and “racial or ethnically motivated violence” (REMV) that will be used this year not only to justify juicy budgets but also to permit the oppression of all domestic opposition by intelligence agencies that are by their nature opaque, unaccountable and free to do as they please without any disclosure to local police or to the judiciary.


American citizens will be designated as terrorists by a shadow government that hears only its master’s voice. Those secret powers can toy with us for sport as wanton boys would do with flies.


No! We cannot wait any longer. We cannot complain over coffee, or organize desultory protests on weekends when the gaudy false gods permit us.


No! We must establish our own legitimate provisional government granted authority by the Constitution to administer the United States until such time as the Constitution is restored, and the rich and powerful are put in their place.


The government has collapsed into such anomy that we have no choice but question the legal authority of those who pretend to be a government and to propose a constitutional and moral alternative.


As Thomas Jefferson declared, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”


What do we do now?

The Founding Fathers describe clearly what our response should be to such a crisis in the Declaration of Independence.

That Declaration of Independence, in turn, is the foundation on which the Constitution stands, and the Constitution, in turn, forms the skeleton that supports all legitimate governance in the United States of America.

If the government operates outside of the Constitution, it is not the government any more, but rather a criminal enterprise masquerading as a government. This critical distinction must inform our every step from this day forward.

The Declaration of Independence is unambiguous:

“When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce the citizens under absolute Despotism, it is the citizens’ right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

We face today precisely such an “absolute despotism” and we must take action in a coordinated manner to establish a functional government, to “provide new guards” for our children and our grandchildren.

The shadow government that makes the real decisions, long before those politicians are dispatched to appear on television, is trying, right now, to lull us to sleep, to convince us that everything is returning to normal, so that they can launch their final campaign for the complete subjection of all Americans and, with us, all the citizens of the Earth.

That shadow government, that “absolute despotism” of the super-rich, baffles us with a confusing tapestry of arguments about policy, cynically induces emotional responses in us to the personalities of politicians, and to images associated with political parties.

There is no search for truth and there is no commitment to moral governance anywhere in this wasteland.

These cynical operators are following carefully scientific studies on mental manipulation, on the rape of the mind, and on techniques for mass hypnosis conducted in secret by government and by corporations over the last sixty years. They create an imbricated web of arguments and images, but they have one unifying purpose: To distract and to confuse the citizens of our Republic so that few can grasp this unconstitutional seizure of power until it is too late.

They repeat the same hypnotic messages to prepare us for tyranny. They sweeten the bitter medicine with flavors, conservative or progressive, libertarian or Christian, depending on the audience.

We are not in denial. We will not play these cynical political games. We will not abuse the trust of the public in authoritative institutions as a means to trick them into actions aimed at their enslavement, at their mental and physical destruction.

We have no higher masters than the scientific search for truth and the moral imperative for transparent and ethical government as described in our sacred Constitution.

Elections in the United States were problematic from the start. Those elections have been deeply compromised for the last twenty years and they are now irrevocably broken now. Not only is the counting of votes manipulated, and citizens regularly denied the right to vote, citizens are denied also access to accurate information concerning issues, policies and politicians by the gangrenous media. 

As a result, the government has been reduced to an appendage of the rich and powerful. It no longer represents us, or assists us, in our struggle to guarantee a transparent and accountable political process that attends to the needs of citizens.

They have burned the Constitution and they have buried the entire administrative process of the executive, the legislative and the judiciary in a shallow grave.

Before we talk about how we will govern the United States from this day forward, let us first address the status of the best-known candidates for President Mr. Joseph Biden and Mr. Donald Trump.

Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump are two men caught up in a collapsing system of governance, in a decadent and narcissistic political culture. Many of the actions that they take, they take because they feel they are compelled to do so by greater powers.

We have no desire to blame them. We respect what they attempted and we recognize the hardships that they have suffered.

Mr. Biden is a prisoner in the Oval Office. He does not play a role in governance. Powerful multinational corporations, and the rich who hide behind them, dictate to him what his policies will be. He is trotted out before the camera like a show pony, a lame show pony.

Mr. Biden is a tired, sad old man.

Nevertheless, he has some responsibility for the rape of the Constitution and the pillage of government taking place today. He was aware of the corruption and the criminality in the last election and he chose to go along with the program in silence.

He must resign, along with his entire administration. There is no other choice at this point.

Mr. Trump has good reasons to claim that the presidential election was fixed. The protests by his supporters concerning the vote count in Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia and Pennsylvania deserve to be taken seriously. The dismissal of his arguments by the corporate media was dishonest.

Those facts, however, do not make Mr. Trump the legitimate president of the United States of America.

Mr. Trump accepted the support of the criminal syndicate known as the Republican Party, and the super-rich who hide behind it. He was unable, or unwilling, to back away from the vaccine regime, the drive for militarism, and the take-over of governance by multinational corporations working through their agents. He accepted an election that excluded all qualified candidates through illegal means and that banned meaningful journalism. There is evidence that the Republican Party, like the Democratic Party, also took illegal actions to restrict the vote. 

We recognize that Mr. Trump took a brave stand on several occasions during his term of office, but he is too compromised to play a role in accord with the Constitution of the United States of America.

Neither Mr. Trump nor Mr. Biden has addressed these three critical issues for the United States publically:

The criminal operation to create a false flag attack on the United States, known as the 9.11 incident, as a means of dragging the United States into foreign wars that would rip it apart.

The theft of 10 to 15 trillion dollars from the Federal Government between January and September of 2020 by multinational investment banks and other global players.

The promotion of a bogus “pandemic” known as COVID19 as a means to destroy freedom for citizens, to enact criminal lockdowns and quarantines, and to promote dangerous “vaccines” by multinational corporations employing the stolen authority of the Federal government.

Neither Donald Trump nor Joe Biden have condemned these criminal conspiracies that are self-evident to the casual observer.

That silence makes them coconspirators and disqualifies them both from serving as president. In fact, none of the registered candidates for president that I could find made any clear statements concerning these three issues and they are, therefore, also disqualified.

Finally, neither Mr. Biden nor Mr. Trump possess the temperament, the vision, or the bravery to lead us forward against the enemies, seen and unseen, who are tearing our country apart.

We have entered into uncharted waters in which sacrifice, bravery, leadership and the ability to create entirely new institutions for the benefit of the people, not to serve the rich, will be the primary task. These two men are incapable of rising to this demand.

The only appropriate response we can take in this case is to call for a new, internationally supervised, fair election.

It is impossible to do so now because the Federal Government is run by the criminal syndicates known as the Republican and Democratic Parties, and not by independent government institutions in accord with the Constitution.

The first step, before any elections can be held is to clean house and to upgrade.

We will set up a provisional government in the United States that can address directly, and forcibly, the three criminal conspiracies listed above, and others, and can lay the foundations for the restoration of governance in the United States.

Only then can a meaningful election be held. Only then can we drive out of Washington the super-rich who toy with government for their fun and profit.

It is a dangerous step to proclaim a provisional government, and the risks that this noble effort with be subverted or abused by the same monsters who have laid waste to Washington D.C. is real.

We have, sadly, no choice and no time.

As grievous as was the blow, as terrible as is the suffering, as overwhelming and demoralizing as has been the ensuing chaos, and as discouraging as has been the spread of falsehoods, and the seduction of the educated, it is no surprise to the historian that a mighty nation like the United States could rapidly decline into moral depravity.

It is no mystery to the scholars of Babylon and Rome, of Byzantium and Athens, that great governments are brought to their knees, not by an external enemy, but rather by the substitution of superficial rituals for moral action, by a spiritual blindness that strikes down the best and the brightest.

This moral virus has infected the minds of those who should have known better, and the door was left ajar for the crafty and the cunning to surreptitiously sneak in and slip a collar around the eagle’s neck, rendering justice a pet for their idle amusement.

We have no time now for laments, standing here on the battlefield. The cruel powers have unleashed their dogs of war and they are ripping our institutions to shreds, tearing the living heart out of our government and our schools, and leaving behind our values and beliefs as rotted carcasses for the jackals to feed upon. These stealthy forces keep shifting their forms to confuse us, now conservative, now progressive, now black, now white.

What we know with certainty is that the current lull in the battle is the bait they have laid out for us. They are planning a final assault, as we stand here, dazed and confused. They want us to be absorbed in our selfish needs, stewed in the narcissism of the smartphone, lost in the cult of the self, and incapable of organizing our thoughts, or of mustering bravery, or of rising to the occasion.

Their weapons are different. Rather than a tank, they use a vaccine syringe for their first melee. They use AI and commercial media to reprogram our brains, rendering us docile beasts that chase after food, pornography and glittering images. We did not even notice how they made us dependent on them for food, for energy, for information, and now even for our very identity.   

Not a single column still stands in the temple of government that our founding fathers erected.

The beasts have carved the executive branch up into private fiefdoms, and leased them out to foreign banks. These days, those involved in governance are patted on the head and rewarded for tearing apart the edifice, for doing the bidding of the hidden masters.

The members of the Congress, regardless of their color or flavor, thrust their snouts deep in the public trough, where they devour the slop shoveled their way by the high priests of Mammon.

There are only two parties: the pimps and the whores.

The gangrene flowing through the veins of the judiciary is foul. It corrupts everything it touches, rendering judges and prosecutors unfeeling, incapable of, and unwilling to, uphold the Constitution, or to do anything that might displease their true masters.

Newspapers, magazines, universities and research institutes, corporations and foundations, are spigots that spew forth lies.

An evil spirit has possessed the public sector, rendering it a monstrosity. It slouches towards your neighborhood with a syringe in hand.

In light of the collapse of all branches of the Federal government, and the slip of civil society into the dark abyss of decadence and narcissism, we citizens declare that an Provisional Government of the United States of America is established hereby that will serve as a midwife in the painful, but promising, rebirth of this nation.

The words of this declaration limn the direction forward for our nation and suggest the contours of our future.

The provisional government of the United States will distinguish itself from the wreckage now occupied by jackals and hyenas, by its strict adherence to our sacred Constitution and to the spirit of the law.

The provisional government will administer as much of the United States as it can, granted the tremendous challenges that we face.

The roots of our government are planted firmly in hearts of patriots, of citizens committed to liberty, justice and freedom. The provisional government will lay the foundations for an accountable government capable of addressing common concerns about the economy, society and security, hand in hand with those patriots. 

The United States has a noble tradition of democratic governance. The inspiration for our nation, however, must be traced back to the American Revolution of 1776, and to the revolution against slavery of 1860. Our political philosophy is revolutionary, and this is a moment when that tradition must be revived.  

The Declaration of Independence was the first step, a break with the British Empire. This declaration of independence is a break with the insidious empire of finance and speculation run by billionaires and their servants.

We hereby declare our independence from that empire of corruption and pillage, that empire of foreign wars and manipulative media, that empire of processed foods and needless medications forced on us for profit.

Our founding fathers declared, 

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

We will provide precisely the “new guards” for the future security of our children, and our grandchildren. We do so through the formal establishment of a provisional government of the United States to oversee the rebuilding of the Republic and the rebuilding of a constitutional democracy in our beloved nation.
